Appreciate the back story between Battery Evo vs Big Battery.
Thanks for watching! There is a lot more to the story but I'm not going to get involved in the ugliness.
Last year I bought a battery from big battery, that was 3 kW. Right away when I received it it was dead and I had to order a 24V charger to start it.
Then I found out the display window didn’t work and called them for a replacement - it never came? Had to buy a shunt in order to know what my battery was doing.
Then, in a month later, another 24 V charger came?
The last time I heard from them I got an email stating they had been hacked, and all my information was possibly compromised!
I will never do business with this company again! Since watching your video, I’m wondering if I now have grade B cells in my battery?
I'm sorry to hear that. I have heard numerous stories such as yours. I can't say if you have Grade B cells or not, but it is possible. Keep up the pressure on them until they make your purchase right!

That is smaller then I thought it would be.
Yeah. Smaller and a lot heavier! It definitely needs those straps to pick it up.
When you move what state are you looking at?
Unfortunately, I have to stay in Texas for now. But I've got some 5-10 acre options within an hour of DFW. So we will see.
Had a look at their website and, IN MY OPINION ONLY, they are HUGHLY outrages in price per watt . $1700 for a 5kw battery is WAY OUT TO LUNCH! Hopefully you will end these Paid Promo's and do real reviews. Sorry for the criticism but as a long term subscriber, this was my most disgusting review I have ever watched you do!
Compared to what? EG4 for $1200? Grade B batteries with only 5 year warranty. Humless is $3700 for 5kWh. SFK is about $0.30/Wh (they don't have a 24V to compare it directly to). LiTime? Don't get me started on that fraud brand. MillerTech is about $0.40-0.45/Wh.
If you can find a verifiable Grade A brand that is a lot less than $0.30/Wh I'm all ears.
@@LDSreliance 100% $1700 isn't outrageous for a premium battery as long as the mfr warrants their product.
