- The final chapter (maybe) in the Back to the Future Trilogy! Alrighty then!
Back to the Future Part III is a 1990 American science fiction Western film and the final installment of the Back to the Future trilogy. The film was directed by Robert Zemeckis, and stars Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Mary Steenburgen, Thomas F. Wilson, and Lea Thompson. The film continues immediately following Back to the Future Part II (1989); while stranded in 1955 during his time travel adventures, Marty McFly (Fox) discovers that his friend Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown (Lloyd), trapped in 1885, was killed by Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen (Wilson), Biff's great-grandfather. Marty travels to 1885 to rescue Doc and return once again to 1985, but matters are complicated when Doc falls in love with Clara Clayton (Steenburgen).
Back to the Future Part III was filmed in California and Arizona, and was produced on a $40 million budget back-to-back with Part II. Part III was released in the United States on May 25, 1990, six months after the previous installment, and grossed $245 million worldwide during its initial run, making it the sixth-highest-grossing film of 1990.[4] The film received a positive response from critics, who noted it as an improvement over Part II.
I find it funny Doc always told Marty to not do anything that could upset the timeline like talk to his young parents. But Doc goes to the 1800's and sets up shop right in town!?
These videos are a "spot the difference" in the form of a series.
Yes, like a much less interesting version of that Sesame Street song 'One of These Things'! 😀 Thanks for watching!
Another great video. Love it.
Nice work on this bro, you’ve got a new subscriber!
LOL great catches, they're all 1990 acceptable though, nobody ever noticed them in the theatre, thanks for taking the time though!
(Oh, hey, the kid at the end needed to piss real bad and he was signalling to his off screen handler, he can do it as long as he wants)
1:20 That's a guy pushing the camera.
1:11 thats Buford, not biff
When Delorean on train tracks about go back to 1985 after Doc saves Clara, to have Marty have enough time to move from passenger side to driver side with ease and in time without disturbing the gears or time circuits is pretty amazing.
It's funny seeing a few people in the comments trying to correct the video on things that they themselves misunderstood (other than the Biff/Buford mistake) but no one mentioned that the fax is probably _supposed_ to be blank, hence Doc saying "your future hasn't been written yet". I think the logo disappearing is an indicator that Marty might not end up working there at all now.
Great Scott! That's a lot of goofs! That's really cool nonetheless though, even if I had a time machine, I don't think I'd be able to pick out the goofs!
I'm pretty sure that shadow at 0:16 is the boom mike shadow dipping into view. Not a camera. You tell it's the boom mike based on the shape. And at 1:20 that's a cameraman running alongside Marty.
AWESOME!! I would argue with one of the viewer submitted ones, the weather works differently in that future, as when the rain stopped on the dime as seen later. So it being rainy and also nearby sunny and quickly changing isn't out of the realm of possibility lol.
4:57 known years ago, that is a hand signal to the crew the kid has to pee.
Pointing to your crotch? That’s the secret hand signal? 😂
When Marty dries the letter near and adjacent to the fireplace, it made a little nervous that he could burn that letter.
Excellent work; so much better, cleaner and more fun than CinemaSins.
CinemaSins doesn’t even point out mistakes anymore, just facts about movies.
Hmmm 🤔🤔 for some reason at 037 mark part of front trim on delorean is damaged.
Biff’s sweat outfit changes colors green to purple from prior movies’ 1985 to the 1985 when he returns. I guess it’s a different Biff so l’ll let that one slide. Lol
Cause biff drove away
When Doc saved Marty from being hanged, and Doc talks to Mad Dog Tannen, since Marty knew from the tombstone that Doc’s death was due to the 80 dollars, couldn’t Marty have said to Doc right there, to pay him so he won’t die. Or even after Mad Dog left, Doc could have easily paid Mad Dog back as that would be the smart thing to do
Of course, affected by the issue with casting of Crispin Glover, when Marty returns back to 1985 and sees his family again, full knowing what he went through in BTTF2 when seeing his dad’s tombstone and later seeing the newspaper change knowing he’s alive, I was surprised that he didn’t go straight to George to give him a big hug when seeing home in person. Again, likely due to the recast of Crispin Glover
I want to see your version of this movie my friend! Make it happen!
1:07 You made a mistake also thats not Biff thats BUFORD!
hi there ^^ could you PLEASE do 90s Mortal Kombat movies? :)
1:07 that isnt biff lol
When Marty and Doc tried to use alcohol from the saloon bartender, what always bothered me is that why take the bartender’s word on what’s the strongest stuff as Doc being a scientist, knowing what is at stake, would have imo taken different types of alcohol they had and perhaps mixing or them to a ratio that would be closest to what would model actual gasoline. Just a thought as I thought. But perhaps I’m nitpicking too much lol.
With it raining when they land in 2015, and the square is sunny. That can happen in real life.
Plus, it continues to rain then it stops raining 5 seconds after Doc says, "Wait 5 more seconds." So, yeah.
Gotta be honest..... I didn't notice a single one of these in the dozen or so times I've seen this movie. Not a one.
The kids hand signal was explained. Its to inform the crew the kid needs to use the bathroom.
How good grief do you find all those goofs?
the moon scene is wrong.. they wernt looking a the moon..
he needed to pee
To assist the car to get to 88mph on the tracks, Doc and Marty could have lighten the weight of the Delorean by taking away some of the parts off of it. Again, I’m getting getting really picky here.
With the 1955 read the letter asking Marty when old doc wrote to destroy the time machine, wouldn’t that there have changed history as how motivated would Doc have been to build it I’d he knew that he soon knew it had to be destroyed not long after it was just built.
I clicked this video first!
1:08 That's not Biff, that's Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen. 1:20 Camera guy got in the shot.
When the Delorean goes from 1885 to 1985, while Marty is saved back to his timeline, but Doc back in 1885 clearly still has to explain, if he chooses too, or if there were any witnesses or or anyone recognized him, the robbing and destruction of the train. He could maybe if convicted, have to serve some time in jail/prison. Just a thought lol 😂
I was right there with you not on all of them but on most of them until you said something about the weather you clearly didn't watch the movies you were just knit picking stuff out it says in the movies that the weather is now controlled
