That’s the problem, they ALWAYS find money for drugs. If they put half the effort into working they put into their addiction they would be super citizens.
I like how people think by saying "I'm homeless" that it's some type of excuse to commit crimes. All it means is that you're a lazy drug addict who refuses to get a job.
It Is! Back in 2007, when I went to jail for 60 days….I watched many of girls going in and detoxing! It was bad….Screaming…Crying…Curled up on the floor….and you can imagine the rest
There but for the grace of God go I.....I cannot emphasize how much these types of cases make me take stock of my life and how grateful I am. Did the usual Cheech and Chong chit growing up. Pot and some booze...BUTT...booze took over as Pot became too expensive and a few jobs back in the day had drug testing, so booze became my #1. Will be eleven years sober this June 14th and Thankful is tattooed on my Soul. These types of cases keep me humble, grateful and mindful. Thank you LoneWolf for these "reminders". My hope for the defendants is that sooner rather than later they too can realize the fun is done and move on living life. MOO From COW-lumbus, Ohio 👋
Mr Daniels, the first defendant, was jumping around so much I would have been astonished if he didn't come back positive after testing. The number of spicy accents in his bloodstream was quite impressive. How was he even standing? Mis Trammel, on the other hand, seems to have managed to find a sober road and is just having trouble with the process of testing. She's not avoiding the tests but having difficulty making it to the testing appointments. Hopefully the judge's words have made her better understanding that testing has to be completed if she wants to remain at liberty until her trial in September.
LW cranking out all these brand new cases, great stuff! I think Judge Anazalone is the most no nonsense judge of all the ones we watch, there's no banter, she shuts down all the excuses in dui cases and completely annihilates sov cits, lol.

Attorney just got the Judge to give the lady a way out of her Amended Order by saying "...in possession of illegal drugs...that she KNOWS of..." All she has to say is that she didn't know they had illegal drugs on them. She's skipping drug tests to be clean for when she does go in for testing (on her own terms). Fortunately, she's smart enough not to come to court drugged up, unlike the first guy, who could have literally flown out of the Courtroom he was so high!
It doesn’t take a drug test to know👀 this guy is high 😵💫as hell lol with all that fidgeting 😵💫🙃🥹he’s doing is making me nervous 😳 lol he can’t stand 🧍♂️still for a second 🫣
What are the chances that she doesn't know these people have drugs if the police and the DA know because they are arresting them over and over? Come on, Mr. Lawyer, I get what you are trying there, but now you sound like you are excusing your son receiving stolen apples from his buddy.
Wolf rocks! Sharp comments and observations. Case 1: The defendant needs a long time behind bars to clean up; he's a disgrace. Case 2: The defendant has at least a few synapses that work. Good for her. But she absolutely needs to follow court-mandated tests. NO excuses. It seems to me that she missed the tests in question because she wouldn't have passed. It looks like the judge made it a little easier to keep the test appointments. That's both compassionate and smart. Good luck to both of them. Times are extremely difficult and some people just aren't strong enough to cope, so they despair, get hooked, and cause a world of hurt for themselves and those around them.
Homeless but can always afford their drugs.
Priorities
So funny the first guy. Can’t afford testing but can afford drugs

My thoughts exactly.
I really like this judge. She doesn't put up with anything.

I can't believe how many people think they can ignore the court orders when it isn't convenient.
Why not? The court doesnt do anything about it

that guy can't even stand still
I call it the Jeepers Creeper effect. 😂
I like.." Can l speak your honour", and the reply was Nope.. very funny.
I was laughing out loud at that part 😂
The judge meant that his drug test results spoke for him. No further conversations needed.
You have enough money for drugs, just not enough for testing. Makes total sense.
If you violate your bond or probation conditions then you should go straight to jail NO EXCUSES shoukd be accepted.
A no BS judge in a blue state. Very refreshing. Very rare. Very unexpected.
I remember you from chat...
Hmmm
Lol
Not sure the color of the state matters. If the people who hold the voting/electing power are of decent IQ, theyll vote blue 😂
Just ridiculous….
Drying up in jail must be hell.
And I can imagine it rarely works as when they do get out them binge.

Having trouble paying for drug tests but has money to buy drugs 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Lock ‘em up!!

Did somebody say bond? Don't say it too loud or some SovCit will start asking for everybody's bond! Who doesn't love a good revocation?
Pee dirty go to jail...... i love this judge...... Rock on
1:58 That’s a lot of dru**!!! My god he’s lucky he’s not 💀
A lot. I had to replay it to make sure I heard it correctly.
He cannot pay for testing or a home but he can for meth and morphine😂
Why I am homeless? It is because that I am a drug addict.
I cannot afford to test, your honor.
To dealer: “$100 worth of drugs, please!”
Whenever I hear about someone testing for anything I always remember the bit from Seinfeld... "Negative is GOOD?!?"

So much time and money wasted on drugs. Who gives a shit if people want to get high. The war on drugs is a complete failure.
enough drugs to get invited to keith richards house...lmao
It's funny, the defendant can afford drugs, but can't afford drug testing fees. That didn't go over well with the judge.
Nope😂

I mean if you are gonna be a hobo, jail is probably a reward
This poor lawyer was caught with egg on his face. Kind of felt sorry for him.
