- We covered a lot of ground on this High Country trip! We visited many huts including Craigs Hut, Bluff Hut and Frys Hut, we drove to the top of Mt Stirling to see some amazing views! Some good 4wding and touring locations in this one!

Currently crying because I can’t slap a Touring capabilities sticker on my Xj since it’s only available in Australia 😭😭 took my stock baby out to her first official off-road park and had a blast almost got stuck by myself and almost flipped her a few times but was decently smart with my lines thankfully. Next up front locker, winch, then a 3.5 in lift and some 33s maybe 35s if they fit

Boys plan a trip to wonangatta its a top spot and the hill climbs out the dargo side are on point some awesome spots out there. Used to tour the HC on dirtbikes for bout 8 yrs.

Adam.. you still using the original temp gauge? .. do yourself a favor a throw a Engine Watchdog temp gauge on the Troopy. Digital reading , high temp alarm. I’d never trust my old gauges in my Troopy again after I done the head.

Can you bring your dog to the high country?
Technically no, you can drive through national park with a dog but your not allowed to stay with NP boundarys with domestic animals.
You can but you can’t have them in the national parks so it makes it abit hard trying to find a camp some where some times

Depends where. There are only two state Forests where you aren't allowed a dog in Victoria and the rest you're allowed. And obviously no dogs in national parks.
But you can bring your dog to most parts of the high country. Just research where you're going.
You can but there is some areas they can’t get out of the car or stay there so it can make it a bit hard to find a good camp
I'm not sure you suit those shade bro, throw them out the window
