I would have been shocked if an inflatable boat from China had a compatible registration number for Australia
I have 2 Bris Inflatables in S.A. Yeah you need to be allocated a new hin number and tag. About $120. Although, in saying that one of the inflatables was registered in N.S.W with the Chinese Hin, which is strange

Hi guys just received my 2000 watt itech power station. Plugged it in to the caravan and turned on the heater , and worked a treat! Your recommendation made my mind up to buy it , thanks for your great content, love your work 👍😎

In OZ , the only real burgers are good beef, fresh lettuce, tomato, cooked onions and beetroot!
Everything else you want to add is optional and is whatever you like!

I registered a new bought hull from a boat shop in Perth. All I had to do was take the purchase slip with all the info into DOT pay rego, buy stickers and pay n done. The boat was new n never had regos previously. Never ever had to take a boat over pits. Even when my first boat didn't have a him number. Prof of ownership and DOT supplied me with a plate with HIN to fix to the hull.
They say the plumbers taps always leak and the sparkies connections are always loose. 🤣🤣🤣

Sorry you had hassles with the yacht. We had a similar beast a couple of years ago, with a 4 horse yammie. It was absolutely fit for purpose and did not need to be registered (in QLD) as it was the tender for the bigger boat. I think that is their main application, but we love your nads for taking the thing to the places you do! Stayed at Warroora a couple of months ago, and visited those camps - they were all booked up so we moved on to Bullara then South Lefroy. Awesome part of the world.

Don’t forget boat rego, boat insurance, trailer rego, skippers ticket, fishing from boat licence, mooring fees, pen fees and yacht club membership and that’s before you put fuel in the tank

I so wish Urban made a 13 footer (pop top) with a 'single' bed for solo travellers like me - I'd buy one in a heartbeat! Getting a bit old for the tent now but can't find what I want in a hybrid that can do the job offroad with the Hilux. :(

What did the dealer of the boat say about the incorrect number? Is it not something to take up with fair trade?
The problem with the boat is in fact with the authorities.... why on earth do you need to register such a silly little boat,,,,, just money-grabbing.
Any boat that has a motor on it must be registered. I had a couple of run-ins with rangers and police because I fitted a water snake elec outboard to my kayak. You're right though, it's nothing more than a money grab

I’ve owned a big duck for around 5 years never had that problem and the boat works perfectly just a bumpy ride when you get some chop but it will jump some pretty big waves
tip for taco bread, quick toast or dry fry. takes the flour taste out, looks the goods tho
did this in early eighties with a small tent and a commando barbie - and no one else around for many miles

Bought locally brand new in Perth
Got it originally for a tender for our yacht but after a few years were told that if we used it for pleasure also we had to register it.

100% about the boat. We just bought a BRIS 3.1 instead of the Big Duck. NSW cost me $165 to get a HIN certificate then rego.

I bought a small inflatable in Perth for a bit of fun and the boats HIN was not in any DOT GOV system! I only tried registering it online but couldn't! I just didn't bother getting a new HIN put on in the end even though I could have got it done at the Swan River Maylands not far from me because it just wasn't worth it
I just used it on the Swan a few times with an electric motor then sold it! I think some Chinese manufacturers use a generic HIN like they do with their Mobil phone copies?
Hi Keelan, Spray some WD-40 over your solenoids and winch electrics. Worked for me on my ageing Warn 10,000 lb winch.

Beetroot is a must on a burger. Grab an Ark XO750 jockey wheel. Swear by mine. Not cheap but awesome.
Bought some cheap de-flappers from ebay or some site online and they came with two pairs of Velcro straps. Went to use one of the shorter ones and it just fell apart at the seam. So now we use a long and wrap it around multiple times as I couldn't be bothered dealing with the seller.
Obviously should have gone with aldi ones instead and saved a few more bucks!

Beets are not something that is put on a burger in the states. But I'm going to give it try next time I grill some burgers.
Just a tip: if you’ve got beetroot in your burger, make sure you dont mind staining whatever youre wearing, ‘cos you probably will.
You mentioned you never run out of water and will be in the next spot for 28 days? You may have mentioned this in previous videos which I haven't seen. Have you talked about this or skip over the trips to water points?

nah mate. over 3hp needs rego, over 6hp needs a licence here in qld.
Shit that's not what I was told. I have the same set-up as Keelan has for that reason
@@TheRat71 My boss and I looked it up last fishing trip as he got a tinny for his son. I too was under the impression is was 6hp but the rules state its >/=3hp doesn't need to be registered and >/=6hp you don't need a boating licence. Well they give it in Kw due to us being metric and all but an easy conversion for convocation sake.
@liamcooper6721 yer I went and looked it up too, 3kw works out to 4.6hp and I have a 5hp outboard. Bloody government always gets you somewhere.

In NSW you don’t have to register a boat with a less than 4kw or 5.44hp motor.
Raises the question if a NSW resident takes a boat with less then 4kw into another state can you use it if that state requires that boat with a less than 4kw motor to be registered?
Get a Boss Jack. Great piece of kit. Jockey wheels are useless. The van is to heavy to use a jockey wheel.

Seems a bit strange about the boat. TBH also the extra money to pay to the WA gov seems like a bit of a rort too. Glad it wasn't any of your long term supporters though. My burger recipe is a high fat beef patty, cheese, bacon, egg, with either or both sour cream or yogurt as a condiment, getting a theme here lol 😂? Just wish I could make the bun more healthy lol 😂. Talking about being in a caravan while being towed you guys should see "The Long Long Trailer" With Lucille Ball and her husband Desi Arnaz. An oldie but a goodie, hint it is about caravaning.
