@@kerplunk38880 but it’s a known issue. They know what’s causing it. So going forward, they will make sure the newer model doesnt experience the same issue.

Sucks about the engine failures on these. Seems like Toyota dropped the ball going to these turbo V6's.
I think it’s just based on luck, my 22 tundra has 80 thousand miles and I ain’t had no problem

Its a whole ned design vehicle. Definitely expect hiccups for the first few models. Toyota’s already fixing the issue going forward.
