    00:00:00 Challenges of Personal Growth
I discuss the modern world's challenges in achieving personal growth, highlighting the distractions and the lack of community support. I point out that personal growth requires dedication and is made difficult by the constant battle for our attention, whether for monetary gain or advertising purposes. I also touch on the individualistic nature of personal growth in a world where communal support has diminished.
    00:01:54 Leveraging Evolutionary Flaws
I introduce a trick for personal growth that involves using the brain's evolutionary flaws to one's advantage. Instead of allowing brain engineering to exploit these flaws for profit, I suggest harnessing them for personal benefit. This approach is presented as a means to counteract the external forces that vie for our attention and money.
00:02:21 The Impact of Changing Your Name
I propose changing one's name as a transformative step for personal growth. This act can reset the brain's associations with the past, as the brain categorizes experiences under labels, including one's name. By adopting a new name, a person can start with a clean slate, free from past burdens. This method is likened to ancient practices where masters would give disciples new names to signify their new paths.
    00:04:55 Adopting a New Identity
I encourage listeners to symbolically change their names as a way to shed their old identities and the associated burdens. I argue that one's current identity may be holding them back and that no one else is invested in it. By creating a new name and identity, individuals can focus on the present and future, which are deemed more valuable than the past. I emphasize the importance of being honest with oneself during this process of personal reinvention.
    00:05:07 Language and Personality
I reflect on the influence of language on personality, noting that speaking a second language can alter one's self-expression and potentially lead to a better version of oneself. I share a personal anecdote about feeling more comfortable and less burdened when speaking English compared to Persian, my mother tongue, due to the negative associations with the latter. This change in language and the accompanying shift in identity serve as an analogy for the transformative power of changing one's name.

Wow. I can so relate to the language thing. I also feel so much more resonance with English than my native language and in my sense all the cultural bs that is tied to it energetically. Feels good to not be alone 😌

this is cool thanks.. I'm starting to make music and soon i will drop an album and i want to create a new name for myself that will be my artist name / stage name and i always felt like that would be significant in a way that lets me let go of my identity with my current name and lets me create a whole new one..while at the same time not having to complete rid my current one. what do you think? and do you have any tips of how to find that new name ?

Okay, there are two ways to look at this phenomenon of changing names.
First, a name is just a name, a label that people can call you by. In this case, you should never get attached to a name or identify with it. You should be able to drop your name at any time in your life without any attachments.
Second, you can use your name as a tool for growth and manifestation. In this case, it always helps to look at sets of symbols and yantras to create a name that carries certain energy. You might ask how to find these related symbols and tools. Well, you can use one of the oldest forms of knowledge that has been transferred throughout the history of mankind, which is the wisdom of numbers and stars. In simple terms, try to find someone who has a good connection with this realm to pick a set of names for you, and then you can choose from them.
