Why not switch to cheaper sustainable building metrials like ISSB-blocks with only 7% cement in the mixture. For story buildings use the ISSBs with two holes and you can use wooden beam ceilings instead of concrete ceilings. The mud for the bricks and the wood are made in Ghana, this is better than importing cement and iron rods.

Ghanaians aren’t familiar with that building style…..maybe the government should advocate and explain it for confidence and assurance

We must opt for alternatives to cement. It's becoming the benchmark to price the rest of the building materials in Ghana.
      It's distressing

I think stone dust is better quality than sea sand and this the only place that use sea sand in building. I chose to build tradition building for my home and use cement in my foundations only. The other option is interlocking bricks which is cooler than cement blocks. What do you think?

Hello Bro, I love the content in your videos, but you should try to do content on each material to make the videos short and informative at the same time, that will even bring you more revenue, we are very busy people in the diaspora but still appreciate what you do for us, most of us will avoid your videos as soon as we see the length of it, or would just watch part of it. Just a little heads up on how you can make more money and keep your viewers engaged.

NPP under Nana Addo has failed Ghana abysmally they have nothing to offer Ghanaians than sweet talks. Vote wisely
