This topic is very helpful and informative. Can you talk more about what it costs for road development and the impending development of Kumasi and Accra? I am a young diasporan who is looking to set sights in investing in Ghana now for my future
You're sooo right about rail. It takes a little over an hour to get from London to Birmingham by rail. Accra to Kumasi is about the same distance and yet it takes up to five hours by road. Unserious Ghanaian governments are crippling the economy because they treat the railway system like a play thing. Its a real shame.
I visited an aunt who moved to Oyibi last year. She is just past the police station and the Bottles restaurant. Oyibi feels far, we were going and going! But my goodness, the houses going up there right now are MASSIVE, I couldnt believe the neighborhood. The roads on the hills are currently very terrible. You feel like a mountain goat climbing the hills. But it will improve and the prices will go crazy.
I bought my 4 acres in eastern region for ¢80000.00 few months ago which i plan to use it for farming... Also i bought the land where i built my house at osubeto few minutes to Koforidua for ¢9000.00, after building my house, a plot of land now sells for ¢30000.00 within a period of 3 years. I've live in Accra all my life before I travelled to the UK and have decided not to live in Accra anymore... Eastern region is the best with it's green nature and beautiful sceneries.
The places you have mentioned Aburi, Oyibi odumasi prampram lands are still very expensive for the average Ghanaian or American. I was recently in Ghana and bought 3 plots of land in Affum which is very close to Nsawam for 30,000 cedis for one plot . I was happy to see the road is being constructed so if people want some cheap lands the Nsawam Adoagiri municipality is a good place.
@@TheTruthBehindThis Look for Asarci Real Estate, they have land in Prampram /Old Ningo and its like a united nations of people buying land making a new town. So much work is happening.
Well done!!! like your honesty. Worried for Ghana with the Galamsey. I bought 85 plots with Ocean View, 26 acres in the North, 4 plot Volta region looking down on the Volta lake, I was born in Accra but I don't want to live there. I am all about the view. I have a question for you, I will contact you.
All PRAISES TO THE MOST HIGH. You ate the most informative person I have seen so far. Thank you so much. This is how I feel. I dont want any parts of Accra. I love the bush area. I have purchased 6 lots in the cape coast area. Even that is going up. You are very smart to invest in land.
Good day sir,I have a landscape Company and will be glad to be on your set so we do a general discussion with regards to construction and Landscaping insights .I will be glad to have this opportunity. Thank you.
dawhenya going to tsoboli cureently is hoisting the militery training school called the bodase , the GPHA is also sending their container holding terminal an finally the new international airport will be located there thats why most of the airports lands are been sold
I was also shocked the last time I was in Kumasi. The Chinese lettering on buildings and streets, and more so most land sellers don’t know anything about Indenture or Site plan, I bought 1.5 plots at Atia near Ejisu and Konongo around Boankra Inland port, I requested for an indenture and they were like “Enu nso ne deɛn”? 😂😂. So you can buy a land at most places in Kumasi but you can’t register it. This because you need an Allocation document which is not being issued in most places. Above all, Kumasi is a great place to make an investment.
Boss, I believe you’re confusing Kumasi with Asante Region. There’s actually no galamsey in Kumasi. You also mentioned Anyinam which is actually in the Eastern Region.
It’s funny you brought up Aburi because We have properties in Peduase and now it’s literally hotcake. We’re just about 5 mins walk from the former president house. Aburi is really underrated.
Accra is going to become an old town soon. This is what happens over time. Some of us needs fresh areas where one can breathe fresh air and more to nature. All that fancy and all, been there done that. Nice open land in the country side/village.
Is it true people are beginning to look outside of living in Accra? How sure are you that the government is looking to come develop the roads to connect to greater Accra? I am a Ghanian American born in the US asking these qs so pls excuse my ignorance

Wow that's great , I had to pay almost 190000 for my 4.79 acres that was including registering it and other costs
@sasforex5917 🤔🤔🤔 mine excludes registration and surveying...
4 acres for that price? That’s 16 plots if I’m write.

Do you have a person that still haves plots there? Do you mind sharing hes/her details?
Pram Pram is now like an American enclave.
No shops or facilities just homes. They must travel MILES for basic shopping.
3 plots for 30,000 GHS??🤔🤔🤔

Hello Viviana, thank you for the tip. May i ask for how much the lands are selling over there ? Thanks
In fact, it’s ridiculous to build in Accra, it very hot, no greenery, no wind planning. Basically a lot of expensive buildings in slums 😢😢
I’m telling you!
