I think this channel has guided me a lot in putting up a single room self contain... currently at the roofing stage.. taking it one step at a time and hope to finish up soon

I hear so much about Land guards , I am so afraid that if and when I buy and they may turn up demanding money as if I had to pay I would not be able to complete my building, so what does one do?
