Delivery Driver Takes Back Food After Getting $8 Tip
Вставка
- Опубліковано 6 січ 2021
- A delivery driver took back the food she brought to a person's home in response to the tip she received after her 40-minute drive to make the delivery. The driver started out by pleading with the recipient, saying “I don’t think you realize the distance that it comes from,” and said they really deserved a larger tip. The confrontation, which was captured on the homeowner’s doorbell cam, escalated before the incensed driver grabbed the food and announced she was taking it back. #InsideEdition

DoorDash driver here. An $8 tip is a fantastic amount for any distance. This woman is insane.
Agreed, I remember driving delivering food back in the day, $1, $2 tips were the norm. You hustled as many as you could and you would be lucky to have $20-$30 cash in your pocket at the end of the night plus your hourly wage.
ehhhh Nah. if its a $8 tip for 12 miles then no. When I dash, I only take orders where the mileage is lower than what I am getting paid. When you drive more than $1 per mile you're just tossing profit out the window. Pro tip.
@@AntiGenZandY $8 tip plus the base pay (which is based on distance among other things). The base pay for a 12 mile order would be at least $4-$5.
You guys get tip?lol
That's good to know because I usually tip 7-12$ depending on how far and big of an order.
She’s like that “ex” who can’t accept they’re no longer in a relationship.
🤣🤣🤣
Hilarious
Lmao 😂 right
I can’t stop laughing 😆
And then, you get murdered by the ex.
Happens in the movies, i watch!
She should've been locked up for theft too since she took the food.
She knew exactly how much she was going to make when she excepted the order so what’s the problem
I don’t think we need an expert to tell us that what she did was wrong
Lmao you're right.
Inside Edition has a expert for everything what do you expect
FACTS BRUH 💀
Lol
@Mg Gab Yes, they do indeed exist.
Did they really have to bring in an “etiquette expert” just to tell us this was wrong of the woman?
Classic Inside Edition.

LMFAOOOOOO THERE’S A JOB FOR EVERYTHING NOWADAYS 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂🤣😂
😂😂😂😳😂😂😂
Lol was thinking the same thing
This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in any job regardless of the situation. A tip is always optional, even if she got $0 she should show respect to the customer. An $8 tip is amazing, i get $1 tips every now and then and I’m very happy about it, she seriously needs to understand how lucky she was to get a tip at all.
Extorting a customer for a larger tip? I bet she only did that after seeing his house and got jealous.
$8 is like, beyond generous compared to what other people usually tip
You tip?
With people acting the way she did, I'm shocked the guy behind the door even bothered to tip her. She didn't even deserve that much.
Some people forget tips aren’t even mandatory. I wouldn’t have tipped her a dollar just for that.

Especially considering it was doordash so they would have had to pay a delivery fee as well. Most people that order frequently can't afford to do that every time and don't tip at all. She was lucky to get 8 bucks.
