@@crazychase98- Sometimes the warrant is fine and the police just went to an address that didn't match the warrant. When it's the wrong address in the warrant, that's also the fault of the police. The judge relies on the claims of the police. The judge doesn't go to the address and conduct an investigation to try to corroborate the claims of the police. At the warrant stage, the judge is supposed to screen for issues of law - not for issues of fact.

Well, when your order to stay away from somebody because you don’t get along very good with them then you know you’re just gonna drop the kid off and then take off
It’s an honest mistake I mean what if that why is the actual person her husband was married to if she saw her there she probably would’ve phoned the police to get her arrested, and she thought that lady that came to the door was going to the door was his wife he has now
She got mistaken for another lady and that is an honest mistake and she came forward and then she said that she apologize for doing that and you know obviously child protective services was you know very understanding and they obviously know that people make mistakes sometimes that’s part of being human you’re learning you kind of Not do it again
So she’s not a bad mother at all she isn’t a bad mother. She is a mother who made a mistake, right I am pretty sure that majority of people have parents whether it’s a mother or father maybe even both who haven’t done some thing silly and then regretted what they did.

After school, i was waiting to be dropped off. I seen my house and the bus didnt stop. About 3 blocks down, the driver stops and older kids get off. Eventually the bus stops in the country, my mom frantically banging on the door and telling the driver he had her daughter and he missed our house drop off. The driver looked at me and said "why didnt you get off and walk when i stopped down the street?" My mom was livid! She said "i pay for bus service and you expect MY 5 year old to walk blocks home alone!" Needless to say, he didnt miss my house again. I work at a large condo site in Toronto. We have the master keys and the swat teams always break the doors instead of using a master key.
I once asked the plain clothed ones why not simply use the master key, very quietly enter and no door damage. That is more effective as well. The person said it is a police policy to break. And yet they don't pay the customized door and the lock each time they break, which costs several thousand dollars for replacement. Owners pay.
