I just sold my Int650 due to weight factor.

The smile cb300r put on my face when I test drove it😊. I didn't miss my Int650 at all (interms of acceleration).
Still Brain and Heart are wrestling.

The CB300R was on my bucket list. I test rode it at various showrooms in Kochi a few months ago and was immediately captivated. Each time I released the clutch, I felt an exhilarating thrill. Despite my fascination with the CB300R, I was torn between it and the latest Duke 250 Gen 3.
Today, I test rode both the Duke 250 and the CB300R back to back. The experience reaffirmed my belief that Honda is always Honda! Trust me, once you ride the CB300R, you won't want to consider any other bike in this segment. While the Duke 250 boasts features like ride by wire and a quick shifter, these did not impress me. For instance, despite knowing about the quick shifter, I found it weird to change gears without using the clutch lever, which is essential for a genuine gear shifting experience. Additionally, the ride by wire system felt sluggish, with a rubber-band effect until the third gear, resulting in a delayed throttle response.
In the end, I decided to go for the CB300R. ❤

@@Farhan_049 he's actually right ! Not being able to spell few of the words correct doesn't make him more incorrect isn't it? Tell me other than the engine there's nothing new in Honda since a long time there aren't been any upgrades given to it.
@@user-qq5kv2oq6x The whole experience of a vehicle depends on the engine. That 287cc engine, along with the performance it delivers, also offers a significant amount of fuel efficiency. Some people claim to get a mileage of upto 40 km/L!
Also, this person didn't specify the features that can be seen now after the edit, which may delude you to think this is a premium bike. It is, I won't deny that, but both bikes are undeserving of the prices they demand! All the extra features that the Duke possesses, simply makes it competent with the 300R. The lightness of the 300R kinda makes those extra stuff unnecessary. Kinda.....
The two things I'd love to have on the CB300R which already exist on the Duke 250 are Ride by Wire and Quick Shifter, and even then, I didn't feel like the absense of them negatively affects the experience.

Bro, just a suggestion don't do these kind of workaround features with specs and numbers comparisons. These are bikes. If you want to compare them do ride review comparisons.

How good is Duke 250 for touring with pillion?
Not comfortable for a long ride. i own new gen3 duke 250. you can do small ride with pillion otherwise it is not comfortable at all for long journey (more than 70-90KM).

Mujhe pehle se hi duke pasand tha aur final bhi kiya tha lekin 3rd generation ka look mujhe khas pasand nahi aaya aur ktm ki brand image ko dekhkar isse mood uth gaya aur ab maine cb300r final kiya hain.

If you love it nothing else matters.. if modern retro is your taste then you made good choice. However as a bike, duke250 is better than Cb300R considering features

Duke is the better option. Major factor on Honda's side is reliability. But nowadays with improved technology even other brands are giving good life. I have seen Bajaj owners with 6yrs of ownership not having any issue with engine.
So with all the electronic features on its side, Duke wins. Duke is better in cornering than CB300r

Cb 300 looks like a 1.5 lac bike yar matter karta hai road presence Jo isme nahi hai
and runs like a 10 lack bike, 0-100 in 5 sec, more mileage, more refined, more top speed, more trusted engine, what else do you want, also it is not naked, it is retro naked, maybe thats why you don't like it.

Dont go by looks or specsheet. Ride yourself both the bike on the same day back to back and you will get your answer. Engine refinement,smoothness, acceleration, braking and specially slipper and assist cluch of honda, ktm only dream of it. For your reference honda provides multi disk wet cluch in it which can only be found in higher CC bikes. Mukkhan he mukhhan. Honda is Honda(Japanese) no match.
