I think it's kinda cool that the info and knowledge you used was for an LS based application and converted it to your build. And I've been following your build to apply the same info to my Caliber SRT4. Crazy how the same knowledge can be shared and applied in so many different ways!
This is amazing information for me. Im glad you've kept this vehicle alive in memory of your friend. My father left me two e28's both 535i with the manual im currently working on the red one. I also recently picked up a 733i that was engine swapped with the M106 which im planning on swapping over to the red e28.
This thing is nuts, making me want an e28.
Giving me some inspiration for 24v swap e28 I'll be doing. Makes me want to boost it as well.
I just built another one last year. Started with a factory super eta, got bored pretty quick with the turbo eta so I went back to the original recipe. Currently running about 13 psi on the super eta with the B25 top end. Parts are not as cheap and plentiful as they used to be, we just have to be a little more meticulous these days.

Would love to see that engine harness get refreshed. I refreshed mine last winter. This winter I’m redoing/simplifying the chassis harness.
If I upgrade the ECU I will redo everything and make some videos

What pump gas are you running? Sorry, you probably mentioned it in one of your dyno videos, but I forgot.
Apparently, extended use of E85 can cause oil sludging.
I'm spraying washer fluid under boost on my M20. Not noticing any oil sludging from it. Will you be adding any type of liquid injection for charge cooling?
I have a flex fuel setup so it’s 91 pump gas most of the time and on high boost it’s flex fuel with e85 or methanol
When do we get to see it boosting...:)

I think the ms2 PNP is the best way to get in the game without lots of extra headaches

I’m sad now that when I did my manual swap on my e34 I thought I needed the manual tps so I rewired it for the manual tps with the different connector and all and threw away the connector 🥲
