    I'm a Native American and we make our fry bread very similar. One difference is we allow the dough rise. But it's the same ingredients, just deep fried in oil. Also tortillas, but we don't use no oil for that.

    It’s the texture and taste that counts. It looks really soft. My second time watching.

      Cus, you can make the dough into a shaggy dough as well. I forgot to mention. Don't knead it all the way into a ball if you don't want to. You are welcome!

    My sista, it is called oil roti or parata roti, not roti skin, that is the backward Jamaican way of saying things

    • @IndiiJamaican
      @IndiiJamaican Рік тому +7

      More than half of Jamaican don't even know what roti is so this statement unnecessary.

    • @afrog3569
      @afrog3569 Рік тому +1

      @Mixed°Melanin education is always necessary, might not be for you, but for other's it might be

    • @IndiiJamaican
      @IndiiJamaican Рік тому +2

      @afrog3569 isn't that cute but my thing is this why reference Jamaica as the ones who use this term. I'm certain if you typed in roti skin anywhere majority of the results would be based around Trinidad.

    • @afrog3569
      @afrog3569 Рік тому +1

      @Mixed°Melanin because they do. The fact is, there's a difference between oil roti/parata roti/busupshut. and dhalpuri. For instance, if the Indian guyanese and Indians in Indian say chicken curry, that chicken curry it is, not curry chicken. Hahahahahaha
