Nads this looks great! The way I do my oil roti is roll out all the dough like a big pizza and oil and flour the whole thing and roll up the roti in a log and cut out each loya and squeeze and tuck both sides.... this is so much easier for me and cook like normal and it swells up and everything just like traditional way. Since I started making my roti like this I refuse to do it like the old times way! Way easier! especially as I make a lot of roti at once and freeze for use later. Thanks again for sharing
