How much water did you use and also the baking powder I only see one half teaspoon
Hi Josephine I did not actually measures the water. I just gradually add small amount until everything is combine and you get a nice and soft dough. I also add only 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. I used Pillsbury all purpose flour. For making this type of Parathas you really don't kneed too much of baking powder.Next time I make it I will measure the water. Thank you so much for watching the videos.
Which brand frying pan for pumpkin you are using looking strong sturdy and good cookware

THANK YOU.WAT NON STICK PAN ARE U USING?
This looks perfect but we don't make roti with maida... would it be ok if i use this technique with wheat flour??
Thank you so much, dear Nadi. I'm from India and my helper, Sharada and I are really looking forward to trying the rotis and the pumpkin. In our language, Konkani, we call orange pumpkin dudee. ('d' pronounced as in 'the'. So, thuthee😊).
What is the dough made of ?
Super fine white flour/atta....
Nadi every time i need the recipe I have to sift and look for this video! This is a real gem. They come out nice and soft and the longer you let them sit the more flakier and tastier they become. Wishing you a merry Christmas!
Thank you so much! Happy Holidays to you and your family!❤️
