- In this episode, we teach you how to use a free animation tool called mixamo to rig and animate your Stormtroopers. Then we teach you the best way to batch import all animations correctly into unreal engine in the most optimized way. We also use multiple different animations to ensure that our stormtrooper army has variation and looks natural.

Hi guys, One question can you animate manually or upload animations from Mixamo for example a toy that you scanned with polycam?

How do you fix the left hand that is twisted?
When you zoom on the hand on 15:35 the left hand is a bit wonky on the wrist, prob a gimbal problem, is there a way to fix that?

Well, I just completed this section, and I have storm troopers dancing the macarena while another is talking on a cell phone. "Can I get assigned to the death star? Please? An exploding death is better than this." I even made a vid of it.

biggest problem i have when i import the mixamo animation walk in place i have foot slipping problems when trying to use in unreal is there a solution for this or a better way to handle it maybe not bring in as walk in place?

Can you please make a tutorial on how to use livelink app for metahuman for facial animations(I know this already but) and I want to know how I can animate the hands and chest like real human without any 3d suit or paid softwares like dollars mono which costs (100$)full body mocaps, Like I want tomake metahuman animation like this guy -> virtual sypac who has almost million subs... Please make a video on this, would be much helpful.
I'm getting "Texture streaming pool over budget" and "Video memory has been exhausted (x MiB over budget, Expect extremely poor performance. How do I fix this issue.
Ok so first thing you are going to want to do is turn down your "Engine Scalibility Settings" from Cinematic to something lower while you are working. What is it on now??
And then you can use this command:
r.Streaming.PoolSize 0
To set an unlimited budget for poolsize ... this is not the best fix but removes the warning.
@@badxstudio thank you. I heard there is issue with directx12 nanite also. I imported storm toppers with nanite build and used pattern xform to populate them hehe that may be? Anyway that r.Strraming.PoolSize did help with texture streaming.
