I’m here in 2023, seeking more of Paula’s yoga Excellence, after completing her 30-Day yoga challenge for the start of this year. This 60 minute class was indeed: sweaty, challenging, holding, flowing, well-balanced, strengthening, and flexibility engaging. Thank you for all of your classes, Paula. mellow workout with lots of twists and binds. Very interesting. Moves and positions I'd never done before. Nice break from my routine.

Really needed this today. It's been a while since I've done such a sweaty power yoga. I was feeling so bleh and was thinking about spending the day on the couch, did this and now I'm energised to do all the things I need to do today. This class was wonderful. I am a runner but on the days that the weather doesn’t permit, this class is a wonderful alternative...I feel rejuvenated but at the same time appropriately tired at the end... thank you!

Awesome. Very challenging. Reminds me somewhat of Ashtanga series ... but with a lot more love and helpful pauses to breath and feel good. I had to stop at min 34 - will certainly come back to this one on a day when I feel more energised.
Thanks for watching Helena! It is a challenging practice & may take some time to build up doing the full hour. There is a 35min practice available that might be more suitable when you need a shorter practice. x p

First class I have done of yours and I loved it! Got a deep satisfying stretch especially for my hip flexors, which is exactly what I needed due to the amount of running I've been doing during this quarantine. Will defo be returning to your channel for more videos :)

Hi Paula! I've been coming back to this flow for the past 2 years. It's my fav in your channel and in UA-cam : ) Thank you so much for sharing it with us.I also come back a lot to the Yoga Flow everyday practice, the 30 min sun salutation sequence. Are there any other similar ones in terms of the challenging dynamic? I prefer them when they are physically demanding because I feel like my mind really becomes one with the body. Like this one! I just feel elevated afterwards. Merci from a Venezuelan in France!

Hi! Incredible class. Thank you so much. You have said something about rolling the shoulders in the upper facing dog that I did not get and could not find again. Do we have to open the chest like in cobra or oposite? Thanks again for the class!!
