This channel is probably the one with the most complete full guide for RC novices and experienced enthusiasts!!!! surely helped me over time and I really want to thank you for your effort and help my friend!
I am new to rc buggies and have no regrets choosing Nitro. All your videos have given me the confidence to play around with tuning settings. I also enjoyed the video on purchasing second hand buggies which are slightly older models. Keep the content coming.
Feckin sweet man. This is exactly what i wanted to see. I'm thinking of replacing my 3 piece clutch on the carnage and didn't wanna buy the tool lol. good man. it's great to see you've been knocking out regular content once again. I've even watched a few bike videos :)
I've never been a fan of these Force engines, maybe they've gotten better in the last 7 years (it's been a while since I've been active in this hobby), but back in my day they were a little anemic and didn't last very long. For general bashing the Nitro Bull series has served me very well. For track usage it's really worth investing a bit into your engine, in the time I went through one OS 21VZ-B V-Spec, I've had people go through multiple cheap engines totaling more than the OS did cost back in the day.
Honestly mate you gota go with bumpstart, otherwise it’s painful sometimes with pullstarts. Since I had a starter box many years ago I never looked back at pullstarts. Lipo with starter box easy and light to carry and fire up them nitro RCs!!! Wahooo 💪🤣
This one is fine now that it's had 2.5 litres through it :) Starter boxes are OK but not so good when you've got a 20 minute walk from the carpark to the bashing area, it's all more to carry!
No not really Stephen, I did give it a go years ago but didn't particularly enjoy the competitive side of it, I prefer just to take the cars to a field and do what I want! 😂
TheRCBiker I tried the same thing years ago. Signed up paid fees raced twice did not like it. Found a field close by and me and another member blasted our truggys in that field for most of the day 👍
I have the acme attacker and when I used to use it, I found that the engine wouldn’t like to start when it was warm, could this be the case with your .36 as you used the heat gun?
Yes it's kind of the same thing So the reason why we use the heat gun is to expand the liner (piston sleeve), as it expands it helps to loosen the compression which is why it's helpful on the first start. However, if the engine won't start when it's warm it means the compression is bad (i.e. Not enough to start up) hence why you're finding it won't start until it's cooled off. It unfortunately means you need a new piston/liner, for the SH 18 that the attacker uses you'd be best just replacing the engine.
Thank you! It depends on the engine, when an engine is new it *should* be set to factory default from the factory. However, engines and new cars come with instruction manuals and in those are usually the default settings :)
That's a 1/10 so .18 is the biggest without any kind of modification. Anything bigger would require additional drilling of the chassis to make the engine line up
@@TheRCBiker did follow video and tried pre heating it started for 3 seconds and the engine cut out. From there it did not start again and ended up with blister
Tell me about it I don't find the 28 too bad, although the compression certainly is higher than on other engines of the same size This .36 one was crazy. Much better now though after 2.5 litres of fuel through it
@@TheRCBiker my point waant that I have better than someone else. I have a 15 year old RC8 still. My point is the Force engines arnt very good and my Nova is the same price for alot better quality.

You do a very good narration of the procedure of installation and engine break in procedure

Yeah you can do it easily without the tool, still haven't found mine, probably won't bother buying another!

At the moment Force are my favourite engine!
I have a force r36 I had blisters to but once broken in correctly great engine great videos as always 👍
Thanks 👍

Hello, I would like to ask what the factory settings are for the Force 36
Is this Force 36 suitable and a direct drop into HoBao MT Sport plus to replace the Hyper 30 Turbo without change the original HoBao clutch?

What is the proper setup for the high-speed and low-speed needle on a brand new nitro engine by the way great video very informative

There is also a .38 and a .46 I wanted to buy the .46 but that is way to big for my buggy but the .38 will fit so i will get that
Will the .38 fit on the mugen seiki mxbr chassis?????
@@naszircampbell8748 probably check the dimensions of your current engine like spacing of the mounting holes and compare with the .38
Honestly feel your pain, my new LRP engine was very similar only yesterday, put four tanks through it on idle before it started to behave.
Yes, I did 5 tanks idle through this thing!
NICE Engine
Thanks Shaan! I agree. Just a PIG to get started for the first time!
Nice new video brooo.....keep rc...
Thank you, I will
Did you mention what glow plug you used with this engine my friend, was thinking OS no8 ?
When are you coming back on UA-cam? 😀👍
My man does an engine break in every video.
I've broken in so many new engines lately! Got through 5 litres of Nitro in 1 week last week!
@@TheRCBiker poor wallet
@@NitroMike tell me about it!
Will probably be alot better when it's running and not struggling, that big block will probably give you wheelies haha
Hopefully! I put 5 tanks idle through it followed by further 4 tanks break in. much better now
I had the same engine in my savage, it run very well but it snapped a rod after about a gallon and a half
Hopefully the same doesn't happen to this one! :)
What's the largest engine I'd be able to install on my FTX Carnage NT? Awesome video by the way. :)
That's a 1/10 so .18 is the biggest without any kind of modification. Anything bigger would require additional drilling of the chassis to make the engine line up
@@TheRCBiker Thank you very much :)
Bigger isn't always better
True! But a the Force 36 is a good bashing engine for this chassis
i have a .32 force engine and unfortunately i had a runaway:( the damage was the throttle servo
That's a shame :(
I fitted a new throttle servo on this one as it seemed a bit twitchy!
Here from the nb16 video days damn I feel old
Wow! Thanks for sticking around!
Nice video😀
Thank you!
Where did you get the parts from? Thanks
Which parts?
@@TheRCBiker the clutch and flywheel etc. Thanks
Got the r36 in my xtm 1.7 buggy 2 speed shift, great choice though I've lots of rc cars too your hand may bleed break in lol
It certainly gave me blisters, trying to get this one going !
I have a thunder tiger st 1 racing truggy and it looks similar like yours😊
Nice! :D
I still have my ST1 from years back and a boxed S50 sledgehammer truck lol 😝
I have a HPI bullet mt 3.0 it has high compression and doesn't start. What can be done to my lemon.
Watch my video on what to do if nitro engine doesn't start
Also, try preheating!
@@TheRCBiker did follow video and tried pre heating it started for 3 seconds and the engine cut out. From there it did not start again and ended up with blister
My F28 gives me a blister today. I don't know why this engine is so hard to start and easy to flood.
Tell me about it

IT SAME SET UP AS MY M8 BUT 36 AND MY 18 LIKE IT HOW MUCH FOR CAR
I paid only £50 for the rolling chassis I believe, from eBay
Wen I'm tring to prim my nirrto engine no fuel is not going into the engine
Have you tried removing the back pressure tube and blowing into it? This should force fuel through
。◕‿◕。 Nice 。◕‿◕。
A smaller engine would have been easier 36 is already a bit huge :)
Yeah, just thought I'd go all out with the biggest one I could find!
TheRCBiker
Bigger is always better dude 👍
Watched the video just to hear ," oh no"
Haha! : )
I stock a 150cc tank it's thirsty engine 😭
Yeah sure is. Fuel tank in this one is only 125cc.
Hi bro
Hi, thanks for watching :)
i can take the original engine if you dont need it ;)
There wasn't an original engine, it was a rolling chassis from ebay :)
some loud birds..
I know right!
Ewwww. Force engines are pure garbage. My Nova P5 would eat that thing for breakfast and would still be hungry.
There's always someone out there who likes to make the point of them having something better ;) Looks like you just took that role Dave 😂
