This is an absolute must buy for the price 😁, complete no brainer.
It is such a fantastic aircraft at such an amazing price!! I knew to fly carenado atr 72-500 so I could easily fly the atr 72-600.
I have some problems with my autopilot, Nav mode won't turn on
Yeah it's part of the known issues that will need to be fixed asap...
I have problems with using the controller for thrust. Even though i calibrated the thrust on efb it doesnt work. For example when i go to Max Power the throttle jumps back to idle. And the reverse thrust is also not working. Do you have any tip? Maybe you can try flying with a controller and Do a tutorial?
At the moment I've only done flights with the controller with default profile but I didn't touch the throttle setup option as it's only required for specific Hotas/Yoke systems. So far no issues, just be careful to not engage reverse without paying attention, and maybe I would reset the throttle setup options to default.
@@CaptainKenobi ok but did you also have the problem when you went to max Power that the throttle jumped to reverse Position? I cant imagine that this happens because of my settings
You can control that in the settings on the tablet.
I've just tested and you are absolutely right. If you press A (thrust) too long after max power, then the levers are going to reverse... (But it's only the animation). If I press B then it goes back to max power and decrease speed... That's definitely something they will need to fix for the controller using default profile. In my opinion you should not have to set up the default controls.
@@CaptainKenobi ok my settings are now on default again. Thank you. I have another question: how do you do reverse thrust on the atr? Because on the A320 i usually just hold B to decrease Power and go into reverse thrust after idle. But on the Atr it doesnt work like that. Maybe it is another Bug but maybe iam doing it wrong. Also what i noticed is that the throttle input has no Limits. So if i press B long enough, visually the throttles stops at the reverse thrust position but if you Look on the throttle calibration on the efb you see that the throttle input still decreases. So if you want to go to idle or more Power, you have to press A as long as you pressed B to get to the correct Throttle input. It is a little bit hard to understand what i mean. Maybe you should check that out. Also thanks for your help. I appreciate it. Thats why your are the best MSFS channel on UA-cam
I had problems with the tablet 😅 don't work! I even can't start the plane.
This aircraft is an instant classic! Love it!!! Better than the 737 by PMDG.
lol no not even close. Its good but not on par with FENIX and PMDG
Yeah it's an amazing addition to the airliners in the sim. Can't tell about the 737 as it's not out yet on Xbox, but not the same range of price that's for sure lol!
@@caribbaviator7058 Well we differ there because I fly them both and I like this one better. I don't have the Phoenix but the PMDG 737 is overrated and not very good.
How is it better if it has way less attention to detail than the PMDG? (Just asking for your opinion as i haven’t bought it yet)
• DC and ACW BTCs stay closed at all times, even when both generators are online. The respective BTCs should open automatically once both generators on the system are providing power.
• Prop brake should only work when hydraulic pressure available in blue hydraulic system, otherwise it is locked in its current position. In the real aircraft this requires use of the DC AUX HYD PUMP button on the pedestal when dis/engaging the brake with the props in FTR as the ACW generators won’t be supplying power. However, in the sim the brake seems to work regardless of hydraulic system status.
• Prop speed varies with power lever movement on in the ground idle range. The EECs should maintain a steady 70.8% Np in the ground idle range.
•
Np should reduce to 82% when CLB power selected with the power levers in the notch, but Np remains at 100% with only torque changing.

@@CaptainKenobi would you be able to tell me please how to enter flights in the efb, is it easy to do? Since I’ve had the sim on the series I always just pick a flight form the menu and it’s already preloaded but I want to do it like real pilots do, I picked up the ATR last night it’s amazing and fingers crossed we will get the 737 tommorw but I know both this and the 737 require you to enter the flight plan manually, thank you my friend
i'll wait for some livery packs, i need Azul livery some home (Brazil) ops
Yeah we're gonna need some!
Wait.... So the liveries are more important to you than the aircraft itself? Interesting.
@@Foxtrot_EW no, i said that to do realistic ops i need the livery, i can't simulate a real Azul route with an Air Tahiti aircraft
@@sukitaxz I thought you were going to actually wait until more liveries came out before you even purchased it.
