Suddenly start showing up at their homes. Bring a few friends. Make youself at home in their home.
I see this as the appropriate response when someone is viewed as a resource and not a person with a life.
Treat their places like they treat your place. Eat all the food. Break stuff they love. Leave stains in weird places.
Change the locks. Put up security cameras. That would be my #1 priority

Here’s the obvious response. Close up the house ( insert reason here) and take a couple week tour of everyone’s homes. Make a list and visit them! Stay a few days in each, expecting welcome (no notice or very little), and enjoy!

I REALLY hope those locks got changed, with no spares given to family. What a bunch of mooches. I wonder if they would have taken the rules better if OP were an older male than a younger female. Patriarchy and all that.
Take in ( or claim to have ) a couple of housemates, so no spare bedrooms available. When asked why, tell them its a source of income needed to pay the bills. Maybe even tell them you are going to downsize as the bills are higher than you can now afford, maybe suggest a nightly fee to cover the extra utilities and food!
Mom say, “Family comes first”…good, glad you feel that way…let them stay at YOUR house from now on, Mom, they’re YOUR family, too. “Didn’t realize you were running a hotel”, neither did I, that’s why I’m making it clear that I’m no longer allowing you all to TREAT me like I’m running a hotel.

I personally think how she first went about putting in boundaries is what caused the most chaos. Boundaries were needed, but the first step in putting them determines the course

If anyone in my family treated another family member the way yours had treated you, they'd be disowned by the entire clan.

Sounds like you need to send out a group family chat telling everybody including extended family that all of their homes are now open for anybody to stay at at any time for as long as they please. If any family member complains tell them I guess they're not family.
Using words like family to take advantage people is not family, it is pure manipulation.
