Don't be fooled. There are rumors in the industry and in any company about these people. All these predators we're just finding out about have been known to be a problem. But if the person is a proven money-maker and there have been no arrests or obvious legal issues the predator gets the job.
I believe the allegations that Jeannette McCurdy made against Dan Schneider is one of the reasons why Paramount+ cancelled the 4th season of iCarly (2021).
And the writers strike. Dan had no involvement with the iCarly revival. 😅

Peck was rehired after being convicted, oh my goodness. He should never be allowed to work with children ever ever ever AGAIN. SERIOUSLY. HOW ? DISGUSTING!!

To be fair, Disney fired him immediately after the background check revealed his actions.
This is how business is. I've worked for some very large, national companies and they preferred to move the predator to another location when anyone voices a problem instead of investigating and firing. By doing this, execs are enabling the pedator's behavior and literally put them in a similar situation where they can prey on potential victims. In fact, ALL of the men I voiced a problem about continued to work for the company, one until he retired. I went to his new location years later and forgot he had been transferred there and literally saw him in a corner being handsy with an underage worker. For some I had text message proof, but ultimately I left those companies when nothing was done.
I seen somewhere else that when he was hired later after conviction, that he was doing voice over work and he didn't come in contact with anyone on the actual set. I just sen that on another UA-cam channel

Judging by her current status, I can tell she had it worse than majority of the child stars. That’s why she’s still traumatized and refused to talk about it.

They probably heard rumors and insiders info, but couldn’t care less. They have their own problems, so this is nothing out of the ordinary for them. Who knows, this docu series may inspire Disney actors to come forward.

First there is another episode of Quite On Set coming out next week Sunday on April 7th. Second Paramount plus is taking down all Nickelodeon shows from its streaming site. So Nickelodeon is on its last legs. It's only a matter a time before the network is canceled for good
And the NFL needs to CANCEL their Partnership with Nick also.

If that's true then that'll be it for Paramount+, as someone outside the U.S I can tell you first hand they already have very little content outside of Star Trek, South Park, Cheers & Frasier as it is.

Considering that some of the former Disney Channel stars have already came out with their own experiences behind the scenes. Raven-Symoné, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovatto, Cole Sprouse, Miley Cyrus, etc have spoken out about their experiences working for Disney

Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, Jim Parsons, and Todd Spiewak should be the new executive producers at Nickelodeon and Disney Channel based on the success of Young Sheldon.

My heart goes out to Drake and to all other kid actors of Nickelodeon. Nickelodeon has gotten away with lots of sexual things on shows for years. It’s crazy what they put on tv and how Nickelodeon did not protect those kids.

I feel so so so bad for his dad. He warned his mom and Drake himself, and they both pushed him away as if he were the problem, because he was just trying to protect his son. His mother is an accomplice. She let it happen. She was warned and she STILL let Brian Peck have access to her son. Any same mother would know it’s inappropriate for 15-year-old to be having sleepovers with a 40-year-old man who is not his father.
I really do like Keenan BUT the part that he said Dan S. wasn't really there when he was on the nick channel so he didn't experience that nor hear about SA during his time there ( I think he alluded to 10 years there) YET said it was heartbreaking to hear that happen to costars of his.... SO STUFF LKE THAT DID IM FACT HAPPEN DURING HIS TIME THERE. He just doesnt want the smoke from hollywood elite/producers and such

He said that Dan was not really part of Keenan and Kel, not Nickelodeon in general. He also said, he didn't hear about it himself at the time when he was working there. He didn't deny it was happening.

Considering many go on to have kids, I think it’s more likely correlated to picking healthy and attractive actors/actresses like every show

Dan also gave Amanda Bynes an exaggerated sense of celebrity to the point where she wanted to seperate herself from her parents when her parents tried to keep her ego in check. It’s speculated that Amanda Bynes developed mental health issues because Dan abandoned her after he helped her build her success. Dan Schneider then did the same thing with Ariana Grande. This explains why Ariana's career and public image has been declining for the past six years.
I want to apologize to the lord. I want to apologize for scoffing at his words. I was born with Cerebral Palsy. As a 13 year-old teenager, I wanted to star on a show on Nickelodeon or Disney Channel to improve my social inclusion. My heart was so corrupted by my own greed and envy It never occurred to me that the people who made me laugh in my favorite TV shows were hiding their pain in their eyes, and the sadness behind their smiles. I want to recover from my trauma. My ex-girlfriend's mom blocked me from being in the same classes at school as her daughter for five years because dating rumors were getting out of control. These actors want to recover from their trauma too. I finally understand it. I finally understand that I’m graduating in my late 20’s because this is all part of God’s timing. God was keeping me safe from people like Brian Peck. Only God knows when I’ll be married, when I’ll have a great social life, and when my career will begin. I just have to keep trusting him. Now, I'm 29. I'm going to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Film this Christmas.
My prayers go out to Drake Bell. Hearing him talking about these horrible things was never going to be easy. However, I hope what Drake did with his bravery can help other actors speak up about any personal misconduct. Drake Bell really did prove to me that when it comes to being a TV star, there is a sense of darkness, that even the bright lights of Hollywood can never hide.

I get the assumption that Drake Bell warned Dan that he would reveal his sexual assault confession publicly if he mistreated him or anyone else during production of Drake and Josh. This is one of the reasons why Drake and Josh still speak kindly about Dan Schneider.

@@Justintime619 he took a plea deal at the time because he was advised that was the best course of action. He did have inappropriate text messages with a young girl but he didn't do half the things he was accused of.
I think Dan Schneider is an A-hole, jerk, rude and maybe even creepy but he NEVER COMMITTED any crimes. Also he wasn't the ONLY ADULT on set or in the room or calling the shots! Why is no one else on set, writers/executives/crew included, not held accountable and responsible too?....Seriously? Also where TF ARE THE PARENTS! I blame them the most for basically trafficking their children!

You are incredibly brave for coming forward with what happened to you! 👏 thank you for sharing and showing who Brian peck really is and how the entertainment industry protects these disgusting people. It was really hard watching all of the episodes, but particularly the one with Drake. I recognized the pain in his eyes and all over his face. I started crying when he couldn’t make eye contact with the camera while saying what happened to him.

Dan struck me as a big kid… with the comic sensibilities of a 12 year old boy. But he was an adult. And though he may not have had bad intent ( at least before he became toxic) wrt children he groomed a bunch of kids to have their guard down when the real predators came along. To me it’s a perfect example of how grooming happens.

That channel must be Cancel!, I was working at 42 times Square Building in nyc, this more Administration offices, and I can notices that, there are only young Ppl working there, they dont like to hire oldest one a mean seniors ! ...Many young G...and is ok, and they have bottles of Liquor in every office,,,

@@michaelashford2358- Drake fired his dad from being his manager. He turned everything over to his mother. They ALL ostracized him. They literally divorced him because he was trying to protect his son. Drake didn’t speak to his dad for years because of his mother and Brian Peck.
