jan jan and messy are right and wrong - in a bulk that is a small cheat day but in a cut that is a good cheat day ,like me right now im trying to lose around 10lbs for summer and my cheat meal is a pizza ,few candy, icream and few regular food to fill my protein for the day - but in my "bulk" no really a bulk just keeping myself in a healthy % of body fat around 15-16% i eat 5 piece of fried chix - 2 buger and fries - ice cream - cheaps and candy and i will do thay for 1.5 days per week
I didn't see chips just 1 pizza with spinach and chicken 😂😂

I'm glad you dudes finally put a vid bit about a cheat day. I mean you 2 do say consistency is key. And I agree. But every diet ideas say cheat days... Are a good thing. And I'm glad you guys agree as well. You 2 are super cool... Love food comas lol
But I do have one question... Could you dudes help do more with B.U.F.F. Grrrls? My grrrl needs some help and guidance with planing and training. And as always all grrrls are diff. But a starting plan or idea would help and be cool!!!

I'm so confused. They bought 10 pizzas but only made 2? There's no way they could have eaten all that food in one day. Is it the monthly shop for cheat days?
Comedy Oz Yeah I think they just bought all that food so it looked like they had a lot. If you watch closely at the montage, they only have 1 pizza each and other clips of them eating only show like 1-2 bites before going back to the pizzas

they probably didn't buy all of it, put half the pizzas back after they recorded that part
They certainly didn't eat all of it on the same day - this would have made their stomachs explode.
But you will thankfully feel a lot of discomfort long before that actually happens, assuming that you don't eat tons of food in an unusually short time.

Do you think cheat days are okay for gals who are (and have been) on a restrictive low carb/sugar diet? I have already lost 13 pounds since right before Thanksgiving. First time I've ever lost weight during the holidays! And even though I like my new diet plan and it's healthy, it's hard to stay away from ice cream and cookies for the rest of my life. Any thoughts?

I NEVER NEVER EVER do this ridiculous idea of the “cheat day” because it is just suicide. At the most I do a cheat meal only once a week at the end of the week, usually on the weekends.
