It used to be the saying that it was "expensive to eat healthy." Turns out, it's more expensive to eat crappy at fast food places, and even MORE expensive to eat healthier at fast food places. Thanks for making this video, it definitely got me thinking about that budget vs results.
No, its cheap to eat crappy and its more expensive to eat healthy. The problem starts if you want convinience, that is a whole other category. @@mmtv9511 I'd add a caveat there that it's actually still more expensive to it crappy if you only eat out as the example video. Because either you're eating less calories for the money in all but the cheapest of the cheap options, or you're supplementing with junk from home. That's where eating crap is cheaper (per calorie). Dang I can't believe you guys are still making videos, I remember watching your videos back in 2016 when I started lifting. Truly some OGs of the community.
What amazes me is how many different fastfood chains you got over there that actually offer breakfast menu's. Eating fastfood for breakfast doesn't even crosses my mind.
This was a very good episode. 5 out of the 7 days I'm eating clean and the other 2 days is eating out which is usually something healthy. After watching this I dont feel as nearly as guilty when I go out for those 2 days.
You're better than 90, and maybe, 95% of people, just for those 5 days. Keep up, work hard! I'm trying to be as much clean as possible without going crazy, so we both need to stay strong! They told me it gets easier
With Americans being almost 50% hypertensive, I feel like now is a good time to remind the viewers that the sodium wasn't tracked, but it was probably insanely high. In case anyone actually wants to do this to lose weight, blood pressure's important too.
Buff dudes never fail with these type of videos and great content 💪🏽 you should do an updated version ( if you haven’t ) where you tweak the options on the menu items when ordering at these fast food places to benefit and fit your macros. To see the difference between the two !
Using the individual apps each store has and customizing each dish with those is the real key to making fast food work. Love that so many places make it easier to make their food macro friendly (ish). Great video!!
I remember doing this type of challenge for myself. Hard to believe, but I've gotten abs eating fast food. Calorie counting is the key though. It's how much we eat, not what we eat. Of course you want to protect your heart though. I just noticed that eating processed food vs home cooked shows a huge difference in satiety and your energy lol.
@@FarqueKnowsWhere you are 100% correct. Such a big difference, too. It's crazy how more caloric junk food barely fills you up more than a home cooked meal.
I find that when it comes to eating fast food I actually eat less. Cook some chicken teriyaki and rice at home though and it's hard NOT to eat like 3 portions at one time. I'll prep food for like 3 days out and its gone by lunch the next day XD. I'm skinny and need the calories anyway but maybe my body just really wants all the nutrients it can get.
Thank you man, these people keep being negative about it. Im trying to eat as much healthy fast food as I can while counting calories and getting high protein. 180grams protein is my goal and 2k calories for my cut. So u ate fast food for a year but counted ur calories correct?
@@Lenwulf oh wow that's definitely the complete opposite of me xD. I mean- it's probably because of what you said about the nutrients. I wish fash food could fill me up all day. Within an hour I felt like I didn't eat all day and made me eat more. What helped a lot was home cooked meals and then drinking diet Coke or zero. It was strange.
I think at taco bell theres a fresco option where they remove the cheese and sour cream with healthier things like tomatoes onions and lettuce. You could also get extra steak or chicken on the side to get more protein.
Been subscribed since 2015 and I don’t regularly watch you guys over the past years but i always loved and am entertained by your videos every time i watch them.😊
would have loved to see your blood work (cholesterol, testosterone, etc) before and after this. Also be cool for you to try this and keep it to the value menu items
Interestingly enough, the before and after had some slight changes in the sides of your waist with the after having more width, but the abs looking more defined! It was an enjoyable video to see how fast foods can affect how we look and feel, thanks for doing this challenge man!
Really appreciated this vid. It's inevitable there are times/days we won't be able to stick to our meal plan and gotta do what we can, ideally while TRYING to not break out bank account 😵. Thanks for what you guys do!
Watching this from Australia, I was somewhat shocked at the availability of all the different types of fast food and particularly how available they were to you! I know there was alot of driving but still. Excellent Video as always :)
I think the scary thing about fast food is how calorie dense it is for what you get. I mean having just one burger or wrap and hitting 500 k/cal is mad. You can see how people eat way over their calories with fast food, as I'd easily find myself needing two of most of what you ordered.
My sister ate 90% take out, premade boxed food and sit down restaurant food from the time she graduated til she was 52. The other 10% was home cooked food when she would visit family and friends. At work her lunches and snacks were sugar/carb filled little munchies. She died from Non Acoholic Fatty Liver Disease at 52. By the time she finally went to get help it was too late..liver was gone. She was incoherent most days for a month before she died. Her excuse was she was always throwing out left overs, she didnt like cooking that much since it was just her and her daughter (who btw is identical to her mom), it cost just about the same to eat out as it did having a grocery bill. At the time she was blessed with the actuality that yes, eating out ran about the same as grocery bill on a typical american budget. From what i remember most in her later yrs was that Wendy's was her favorite and hitting the Chinese buffet more and more. She did absolutely nothi g for physical activity. Her job was a sit down job. Every single time i eat out i remember this whole ordeal with her. I even was afraid of it when i was a teenager and saw her do it. Its so dam tasty..but its never ever lasting sustenance
I'm watching this while I prepare Buff Dudes Slow Cooker Turkey Chili from 9 years ago. You guys have come a long way and I've enjoyed every video you guys post.
Great video, as always! I would just like to add from my personal experience that the probelm with Fast Food is less about Calories, more about Macros and mostly about Micros. As you showed in your video, it's easy to stay on track with your Calories if you are considerate with your options; it's harder to meet the right balances of Macros; and (that's my point) almost impossible to get the right amount of Micros, such as vitamins, minerals etc.
I think this is helpful for things like road trips, or short term circumstances (like moving) that may cause it to be necessary to eat fast food. Seeing that it can be done in a temporary setting, without derailing goals is important. There are more salads available for micronutrients too that may be more important for us less buff individuals, too (though we may need to pack our own dressing). Overall, I liked that this challenge was limited to one week and the breakdown was well done.
I think the health factor ASIDE the major problem with trying to achieve a targeted caloric goal and macros from fast food places is the fact that… ….At some point you WILL over eat at meal times. You could see Brenden wasn’t full on most of these meals coz they contain MSG which makes you hungrier. At some point. That burger will just feel like it is VANISHING in your mouth and you will find your self ordering 2 the next week or something. Point is. Fast food is chemically M O O R I S H
Harder to track but better choices can be made everywhere. Taco bell for instance, ditch the sour cream and cheese(full fat) and just opt for wraps with protein and pico (al fresco) and salsa. Chick Fil-A is the obvious winner with choices but yeah it's expensive. You can grab 3 12 count grilled nuggets (36 total) for 600 calories with 114g of protein. I throw them in a bowl with buffalo sauce (0 calories) and go to town. However, that alone will run you over $20. Great stuff!
Dude I can’t believe how expensive this trash food has gotten. I’ve been on the health and wellness grind for about 10 years now and haven’t been to a fast food restaurant since high school. I always remember the main selling point for me back in the day was how cheap everything was. Wild
Definitely a neat idea. I'm surprised you didn't add in Chipotle, as you could definetly control things there. Also with your protein needs, I'd be curious how close $$$ translated to protein, and not surprisingly, the $$ at Chick Fil A was also spot on for your protein.
Thank you for doing the experiment none of us wanted to do 😂 sad y’all didn’t do Panda Express though, that’s my go-to “healthier” fast food (if you pick the right things)
Chickfila is actually pretty good depending on what you get. I usually only get the grilled chicken club meal with milk or if I am feeling sugary, coke or the milk shake :) Everything else that is fast food is just gross. Well, I do like Arby's too.
@scee8474 idgaf what people say I like arbys! Has some 🔥🔥 you just have to know what to get.. everyone knows the curly fries are where it's at! I also fuck with the chicken bacon swiss heavyyy
There's over 100 ingredients in the chicken alone at Chickfila it's not good for you at all... if you want chicken go eat chicken there's only 1 ingredient in it. CHICKEN
An interesting and fun video as always. If the experiment went another day perhaps a panda express or arbys could have been places to try. It definitely isnt an easy task to eat out and eat healthy with so much sodium and fat in most of it. Can't wait for the Conan video. Stay buff!
I like that you made the effort to stay around your normal calories and maybe be conscious of your macros (which was probably difficult given the fat content but hey it matters!) I think sometimes these kinds of videos just show the order without the thought process, or becomes an excuse just to pig out, just so they blame people and their choices. When the reality is that the nuance is that many people rely on fast food because of price & availability (quite literally, there are some towns where the grocery store is the next town over, but there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner!) However, the effort you made, you could see the actual nutrition & price of the food. Bravo!
I’d love to see y’all do the next diet challenge in the fashion of Ramadan. It’d be interesting to see what effect the timing of eating all of your calories before sunrise and after sunset would have on your energy levels and physique.
Surprised by how little your weight changed. Just day one would cause me to gain at least 2 lbs of water retention, and make me bloated. Piling on for 6 more days, I don't even wanna imagine how I'd look and feel.
Glad this shows the cost as being more expensive. Often hear about how eating healthy is too expensive but that ignores the economy of scale when you consider the big bag of rice can last week's or the pack of chicken is multiple meals, condiments, spices etc last month's
In Sweden there was actually a man that reduced his weight with a diet of burgers. The thing is though that he made a deal with his local burgershot that included a burger with less calories and more vegetables than usual and those mini carrots instead of fries. To this he was drinking unflavoured carbonated water.
Everyone can reduce weight with fastfood. As long as you keep under your daily calorie needs. With fastfood you can eat a lot less compared to healthy food
I ate 100% fast food (mainly McDonalds, Wendys and KFC in 12 weeks OMAD with 2,000 calories (350 calorie deficit) and went from 92kg to 83kg. Overall feels good to be lighter at 5'11".
I do two fast food days a month, the 1st & the 15th. One of them is usually Jersey Mike's sub. It's impossible to stick to macros on those days, so i feel if i am strict on the other days of the month, those 2 days aren't really hurting me
man the camera you guys use for these videos looks absolute top notch! I love the videos and content you guys put out, but the quality of the footage is a huge thing for me too
The KFC part was hiiiiilarious. The expression of defeat, disgust, and overall shame pretty much summes up the fast food industry. Chick-fil-a didn't look that bad, but I was a bit surprised at the price tag, and taco bell is a bit of a guilty pleasure, we will eat taco bell once a year, it is terrible for you, but for some reason it is enjoyable in the moment, jajajaja. Subway, I had a horrible experience of food poisoning back when I was in college, eating the Chicken bacon ranch, and I have not gone back in 15 years and never will. We were a group of 6 and we know it was the chicken bacon ranch because the two of us that ordered it almost died from dehydration as a result, it was bad, we ended up in the ER. On the plus side we definitely lost weight., jajaja
I used to eat Subway every other day when I first started my fitness journey before getting food poisoning as well. Eerily it was the chicken bacon ranch that nailed me to and I haven't touched it for about six years now. I didn't go to the ER but I had to use an emergency call off day for work, go in (boss was extremely patient with me doing bathroom breaks) to then put a few vacation days in. Afterwards it was chugging a ton of water while sitting on the porcelain throne.
Taco bell related - while the reputation is that it will flush you out, the main reason for that is almost everything on their menu has very high fiber. I know in a pinch I have gone to Taco Bell and when I looked at the full break down I saw the amount of fiber in a simple taco meal and it was wild. They do offer more protein and "fresh" facing options to help you out, but in the end it is a lot of fiber. So that is why you often poop yourself when you eat a lot of Taco Bell.
I really appreciate that, at least by the looks of it, you stuck to stock menu items without a ton of modifications for the most part. Could have really tried to mix/max your macros by customizing your items heavily (i.e. burgers with no buns, condiments, cheese, extra patty, etc) but I think this more accurately reflected the average experience most customers would have at these restaurants. Great video!
Yeah, people who say they have to eat fast food for financial reasons really just don't seem to want to put in the effort. Food at the grocery store, even now, is much cheaper than the "food" at fast food places, and it's usually healthier too. It doesn't take that much effort to find food that's healthy and among the cheapest in any given grocery store. Gotta find a nice meat, nice slow carbs, and a few extras, maybe. There you have a base, and you can swap things around a bit as needed.
It'd be cool if you could do In N Out, Del Taco, Raising Canes, etc. Like a video that encompasses a lot of the fast food places. Take your time with it and make it a bigger comparison.
love it! would be interested in a few more of this kind of challenge like Chipotle, Shake Shack, etc. It all depends on what you have in your area, of course.
I love this video! Great job! I would love the macros staying on the screen for a couple of seconds longer though. I suppose I'm a slow reader because they went by super fast so I didn't have time to read them xD But great video as always! 💪🏻
Buff dog watching Brandon eat, probably thinking: "Man, I got kibble that smells better than that junk.. lemme take that off your hands, Dad." Any chance you guys wanna do a take on carb cycling? If you have already, can ya point me in the right direction? Nice job as always on the vids!
It's interesting to see the difference in menu options. I live in Canada and KFC still had grilled chicken. I usually go with a Wendy's salad, grilled option when I'm going with fast food.
You can choose healthier options when eating out, you can get grilled chicken breasts from el pollo loco with a side of rice and veggies. You can get a plate of fish, rice and veggies at California fish grill. You can go to other restaurants that serve chicken or steak with rice and veggies like flame broiler and waba grill etc… if you want to eat a chicken sandwich you can go to chick fil a and get the grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and if for breakfast you can get the egg white grill which is egg whites with chicken breast, it will get expensive though.
8:05 I know this is close out and you didn’t have a lot of protein rich options, but at the time of this testing do you look at the Chicken and Steak power bowls? I’m asking just out of pure curiosity, that it possibly could have helped in the testing.
I'm glad it was you and not me that had to do that challenge, give me fresh home cooked Whole Foods any day. I don't think I could have done an entire week of fast food, come to think of it, I'm a huge fan of pizza but I can still only eat two or three pieces of it nowadays because I've gotten so used to not having that type of food. My taste buds love it but the rest of my body says you're gonna pay for that later...lol
It was definitely a "too much of a good thing" and made me appreciate whole foods and home cooked meals. The driving and going out for every meal was obnoxious.
@@buffdudes I'm glad you did this video though because it reinforces what I tell my clients, the fact that fast food not only isn't healthy for you but it's more expensive than eating healthy, most people have the misconception that it's the other way around.
@@buffdudes yeah i didn't even think about the driving. you should total up the extra cost of gas. and obviously eating meat already increases your carbon footprint, but driving every time you get it probably doubles that. then again you do drive gas guzzlers usually so maybe that kinda stuff isn't so important to you regardless....?
all i want to say is there are this you can do at most of these places to up the protein and down the fats (order an extra patty, remove the mayo, taco bells extra meat is honestly one of my favorite options
Three things; Mikaila (sp?) is a doll, your dog seems very cool and you look like you could kill someone with a small slap. Great video. I’m surprised with the results overall, but not with the price of it all. Fast food is not cheap anymore.
Lol I’ve done this 4 months. First month chick if la breakfast snack lunch dinner, 2nd month pizza, third month burritos and fourth month in n out got shredded at 202 4 full months damn I hear 7 days now that ain’t enough time at all
I feel like if you did this again and edited some of your menu items like asking for no sauce or sauce on the side. Additionally, doing something like taking two of your sandwiches and making them into one would definitely help in reaching the goals you wanna hit from my experience but I love the video!
He got all the grilled stuff and no sauces so it's not too surprising. The chick fil a sauce has a tonnn of calories and fat, same with the fries. The fried chicken also has a lot more fat and sugar.
@@JesseReyesFitness It really does. Even their grilled chicken shows it has it. That's one of the secrets to a lot of fast food. Throwing in trace amounts of sugar to things in an amount we don't really taste but to make it more "tasty" to our brain due to our body's chemical lean towards sugars and fats. And even if it didn't have actual sugar, in a nutritional aspect, carbohydrates are sugar.
@@drew284 the regular nugs aren’t too terrible. Was a go to for me for awhile. 380 calories for 40g protein. With the Buffalo sauce. Of course tons of sodium, but 760 calories/80g of protein for a dinner wasn’t too bad

Over where?
@@BP-or2iu In the USA, I presume they are still living there :p
This was a very good episode. 5 out of the 7 days I'm eating clean and the other 2 days is eating out which is usually something healthy. After watching this I dont feel as nearly as guilty when I go out for those 2 days.
As long as you keep calories in check.
You're better than 90, and maybe, 95% of people, just for those 5 days. Keep up, work hard! I'm trying to be as much clean as possible without going crazy, so we both need to stay strong! They told me it gets easier
I really enjoyed this video format and with the information popping up with macro information. We need more of this!
Dog respectfully leaning subtly towards the food as it comes out gets me every time 😂
One thing many people look over. Is through the duration of this test. The weights, your body. Still moved. Work out guys. Keep moving.
With Americans being almost 50% hypertensive, I feel like now is a good time to remind the viewers that the sodium wasn't tracked, but it was probably insanely high. In case anyone actually wants to do this to lose weight, blood pressure's important too.
Relative sodium intake has no long term bearing on blood pressure
Thank you for trying this. I think this also helpful for people who want to know were they can find healthy fast food options if they need them.
What would bloodwork look like eating fast food. Cook a bit more fatty meats at home and you’ll be satiated energised. Heart will love it too.
Your content is just the best. Followed you for ages and you can really see how you improve each video. Keep it up!
I think at taco bell theres a fresco option where they remove the cheese and sour cream with healthier things like tomatoes onions and lettuce. You could also get extra steak or chicken on the side to get more protein.
Buff Family what’s up! I hope Brandon and Hudson are doing well! Love the content and the comedic elements put into the videos 💪
Been subscribed since 2015 and I don’t regularly watch you guys over the past years but i always loved and am entertained by your videos every time i watch them.😊
would have loved to see your blood work (cholesterol, testosterone, etc) before and after this. Also be cool for you to try this and keep it to the value menu items
meh, a week isn't going to make that big of a difference
@@firstname4337yeah it really didn’t make that much of a difference here but still interesting to watch
Also blood pressure.
Doubt it changes after a week especially considering he didnt pick the worst options and is still at a healthy body weight and exercises
@@BusterBossJR exactly right buddy
Not as much as you would think. I been to Orlando, San Antonio and other places in the US and the farthest I traveled for fast food is 12 minutes.
Great concept for a video dudes. Keep on killin’ it 💪🏼
Panda Express and chipotle would’ve been great
I think the scary thing about fast food is how calorie dense it is for what you get. I mean having just one burger or wrap and hitting 500 k/cal is mad. You can see how people eat way over their calories with fast food, as I'd easily find myself needing two of most of what you ordered.
Doggy in the car was like “where’s mine ?”
14:57 Subway Has Burritos?! I know what Im trying for Dinner later haha and great informative video Dudes
Pretty funny that Hudson didn't join you for this one lol, cant say i blame him.
Great work as always dudes. 💪
“You look like you could kill someone with a small slap” what a compliment 😂😂
A lot of people sleep on the tacobell power bowl. Probably the healthiest thing on the menu. Chicken, rice, beans, lettuce and tomatoes with cheese.
Fun video! Maybe next time do a “fast casual” version with chipotle, Panda Express, qdoba, Panera, etc.
I think the health factor ASIDE
the major problem with trying to achieve a targeted caloric goal and macros from fast food places is the fact that…
….At some point you WILL over eat at meal times.
You could see Brenden wasn’t full on most of these meals coz they contain MSG which makes you hungrier.
At some point. That burger will just feel like it is VANISHING in your mouth and you will find your self ordering 2 the next week or something.
Point is. Fast food is chemically
M O O R I S H
Awesome video! Love the footage of you guys getting footage.
Wild
If people buy, the price increase.
Maybe that’s a good thing
Definitely a neat idea. I'm surprised you didn't add in Chipotle, as you could definetly control things there. Also with your protein needs, I'd be curious how close $$$ translated to protein, and not surprisingly, the $$ at Chick Fil A was also spot on for your protein.
Yeah, having McDonalds & BK was sort of an overlap, and Chipotle would have been a good comparison.
You guys did the Hard work, bless y'all!! Reality check !!! 😊
Thank you for doing the experiment none of us wanted to do 😂 sad y’all didn’t do Panda Express though, that’s my go-to “healthier” fast food (if you pick the right things)
I could eat panda everyday lol
You can get brown rice, steamed broccoli, and grilled teriyaki chicken there, prob one of my go-to healthier fast food places
Its possible it is not local for him, it is the only one i wish was on the list too
Chipotle pretty good too

Entertaining video man! @buffdudes
Ive been watching your content since the broomstick and chair workout. Stay buff.
Chickfila is actually pretty good depending on what you get. I usually only get the grilled chicken club meal with milk or if I am feeling sugary, coke or the milk shake :)
Everything else that is fast food is just gross. Well, I do like Arby's too.
Those chicken sandwiches hit different after a hard workout
No way you said all other fast food is gross yet admitted to liking Arby’s
@@scee8474 It is gross as well.
CHICKEN
Thank you for the food list at the end!!!! Although i wont be needing it since that ad for Chick fil a was convincing. I'm ordering now!!!!
Bravo!
Love their diet videos the best
This is going to be a fun watch! I've always been curious about how this would work
Another excellent video. Macros on the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese aren't correct though. Thats my favorite at McDonald's
I’d love to see y’all do the next diet challenge in the fashion of Ramadan. It’d be interesting to see what effect the timing of eating all of your calories before sunrise and after sunset would have on your energy levels and physique.
Likely not that big of a deal. Food timing doesn't matter that much. Food quality and quantity is far more important
Love the breakdown, video break down, and all the footage. 5/5 and watched the whole thing start to finish.
I have been waiting for a video like this forever great details loved it thank you
In Sweden there was actually a man that reduced his weight with a diet of burgers.
The thing is though that he made a deal with his local burgershot that included a burger with less calories and more vegetables than usual and those mini carrots instead of fries.
To this he was drinking unflavoured carbonated water.
Vad heter han?
Everyone can reduce weight with fastfood. As long as you keep under your daily calorie needs. With fastfood you can eat a lot less compared to healthy food
@@redwhite_040 problem is resisting the urge to not eat more fast food.
I ate 100% fast food (mainly McDonalds, Wendys and KFC in 12 weeks OMAD with 2,000 calories (350 calorie deficit) and went from 92kg to 83kg. Overall feels good to be lighter at 5'11".
Liquid calories are the silent killer. Notice that the buff dudes never got any shakes or soft drinks.
Great video! A (semi) decent option at Taco Bell that isn’t advertised much is their “power bowls” that have a little more focus on health.
I do two fast food days a month, the 1st & the 15th. One of them is usually Jersey Mike's sub. It's impossible to stick to macros on those days, so i feel if i am strict on the other days of the month, those 2 days aren't really hurting me
Jersey Mike's is good. My other sub shop is Togo's (a regional chain) for their pastrami sandwich on occasion.
I do one fast food day a week 😂 lost 17 pounds since January
man the camera you guys use for these videos looks absolute top notch!
Chick fil a has un bread chicken nuggets. I use to get a 20 piece and small fries for my carbs . It help me cut weight for a fight actually!🤯🤣
You know this is going to be a banger !!! 💪💪🍔🍔🏋️♀️🏋️♀️
That's what his butt said to the toilet....
@@synetic haha 😂
Do you have an infant at home? Think you'll have a chance to cook, think again.
Most fast food have salad options like McD and Wendy
Your dog and as usual Mikayla stole the show. The macros were tough, but I bet if you tracked sodium, it would be a mind blowing increase.
"you look like you could kill someone with a small slap" might be one of the highest compliment a man can get. Especially from a stranger
Your dog is the best part of this video. What a good boy/girl.
I've heard you can order just the grilled meat from a lot of fast food spots, which would help hit the protein targets
Or just order chicken salad which most fast food offers
It'd be cool if you could do In N Out, Del Taco, Raising Canes, etc. Like a video that encompasses a lot of the fast food places. Take your time with it and make it a bigger comparison.
love it! would be interested in a few more of this kind of challenge like Chipotle, Shake Shack, etc. It all depends on what you have in your area, of course.
I love this video! Great job!
I would love the macros staying on the screen for a couple of seconds longer though. I suppose I'm a slow reader because they went by super fast so I didn't have time to read them xD
But great video as always! 💪🏻
Buff dog watching Brandon eat, probably thinking: "Man, I got kibble that smells better than that junk.. lemme take that off your hands, Dad."
Any chance you guys wanna do a take on carb cycling? If you have already, can ya point me in the right direction? Nice job as always on the vids!
That would be interesting!
I'm glad I clicked on that video. The educational insights were totally worth it!
Getting hangry watching this
This kind of reminds me of the movie Supersize Me that was filmed back in 2004
It's interesting to see the difference in menu options. I live in Canada and KFC still had grilled chicken. I usually go with a Wendy's salad, grilled option when I'm going with fast food.
I fucking LOVE Subway in Canada! Fried chicken! BBQ Ribs! Every time I visit it's an event for me! 🙌

I’m asking just out of pure curiosity, that it possibly could have helped in the testing.
i was gone say the same exact thing, one of my favorite things at taco bell is the power bowls ‼️
This video was fantastic. Thanks for sharing what you normally eat at the end of the video for a great comparison to the fast food.
How was your hunger feeling throughout this week? Most of the time I'm hungry quite fast. Great video!
I love how behaved and calm the dog is.
First month chick if la breakfast snack lunch dinner, 2nd month pizza, third month burritos and fourth month in n out got shredded at 202 4 full months damn I hear 7 days now that ain’t enough time at all
I tried getting lean by eating fast food only, but I got diabetes instead!
I feel like if you did this again and edited some of your menu items like asking for no sauce or sauce on the side. Additionally, doing something like taking two of your sandwiches and making them into one would definitely help in reaching the goals you wanna hit from my experience but I love the video!
This was super interesting. I really didn't think Chick-fil-A would come out so well!
It's the Lord's chicken 😄👌
He got all the grilled stuff and no sauces so it's not too surprising. The chick fil a sauce has a tonnn of calories and fat, same with the fries. The fried chicken also has a lot more fat and sugar.
@@drew284I don’t think the fried chicken has sugar bro 😂😂
