The thing that gets me is how much bigger (emphasis on the bigger because scale I feel can really change the feel of the game) and better the areas look. What do you other viewers think?
Personally prefer boneworks. This might be because i have barley played bonelab as the damn tower climb level has made me so damn demotivated from playing it that i just haven't touched it since October 7th. But Boneworks was so much more refreshing to play it was something new. And the campaign didn't have stupid tower climb levels. Imma try to get back into bonelab but skip the rest of the campaign as well its basically just more character switching and i see no point in continuing. But yeah whilst Bonelab is arguably just better boneworks i do like some mechanics in boneworks (note i haven't played bonelab sin october when it was still fairly new and had some bugs) Such as your arms getting tangled leading you to get stuck hundreds of times. and that i just liked being in 1 body with not difference. I think the concept was cool if you could do it through the entire campaign and had more puzzle solving using it earlier on instead of a boring body which just felt like the Boneworks body but worse. Putting the Body switching at the end was kind of a dumb move if you ask me as it makes you have to do everything that should be able to be done easier with body switching and have to wait intill the end to do that. Which is why i liked boneworks oh and the enemies were less annoying in boneworks. I cant wait till the next stress level zero game comes out i hope b-side is just as good and better
i was dissapointed with bonelab until the developers basically said that it was just a setup for some of the characters/mechanics for their next game, deadfm
I’m not effected with motion sickness for some reason, my first vr game that I played was superhot, followed by Boneworks, followed by Pavlov. I just don’t get effected by it.
Has anybody gotten the "Deconstructive or tion Gun?" It looks like a huge camera attached to something? It's super huge when making it then small when I comes and the mag is super small? What does it do, I can't even get it to load? Anybody?
omfg the runescape font on the jukebox
Lol
great video. keep up the good work.
Thanks mate
26:34 Alex Null! So the null body’s are named after him
Bro the shotgun sound in that duck season add was the bone works and lab shotgun sound 😂
I have a theory that strong from Bonelab is actually a grown up David
I think this because strong has a heart tattoo of the mum on his arm saying “mum”
Josalt can you show us how to use the oculus downgrade tool to get the very old version of bonelab? Minibattlelop made a vidoe on it
Boneworks had such an interesting vibe to it, it felt very much like if gmod had a campaign. Bonelab felt more lived in and like you are characters in a game which kind of turned me off from the game. I was expecting the sense of feeling alone like I did in boneworks and it didn't scratch the same itch.
0:01 bonelab players hearing alex's full name for the first time: say what now
the evangelion angel graffiti on the wall around 00:50 is cool
Yep and its a real location you can go and visit!
0:40 that graffiti of that creature with a red core is an reference to neon Genesis Evangelion
I guess you could say the stapler is a “staple” of SLZ games
haha
Why was bonelab released on September 22. It would’ve been funny if it was released on the 21st night of September. Our hearts would’ve been ringin’ in the key that our souls would be singin’
Congrats on 22K!
Thank you so much 😀
@@josalt no problem
i wish they implemented the gun sounds if you flick a gun from hover junkers into bonelab somehow, i would have loved that
Im sure they will eventually
“i think this (best man) is the happiest ending”
well.. the fiesta ending is where everyone lives, that could be the happiest ending sure, he might kill other families, but that’s their fault for shooting the dog
Just asking why was hover junkers frame rate so bad idk if josalt explained or he didn't.
Virtual desktop gives me choppy effect I switched to airlink which seems to work much better
Bro duck season is gonna give me nightmares
the Dog ending reminds me of the secret ending in one of the Silent Hill games
I somehow never played silent hill
0:02 ah yes, tired of the unprofitable vfx market so instead decided to shift to vr, a medium with a small userbase and is known for it's incredible price for entry and extreme difficulty to produce. I cant be the only one who finds this weird, right?
I think i know what they mean. VR is so fricken exciting! Compared to regular pc games
I didn’t realize stress level 0 is the dudes behind node, I used to watch all of there tt airsoft and whatever
Yeah long history there!
I was like 12 watching them 😭I live in wyoming so we don’t got airsoft fields
