    I'm so happy I have a doctor who sent me to a dietician, she put me on what would be called a Mediterranean diet which I've switched over to a whole food plant-based. Kefir is great but so is kimchi, marmite & vegemite

    I would recommend that James, along with the rest of the NHS gets on board with the pandemic of INSULIN RESISTANCE (also the fact that saturated fat does not cause disease). This is as important, if not more, than gut microbiome but working to resolve these in conjunction is the most powerful solution we have to chronic disease. And by the way, NSAIDs absolutely shredded my guts and gave me internal bleeding repeatedly. These type of medications and the dangers of over using them are very much underplayed.

    When people move into group settings, they start eating the same diet, a diet that is not vegan. That is why their biome diversity goes down.
