- Today, we'll take a look at the Kansept Integra: a knife that's fine, but shows us the big difference between 'fancy materials' and 'fancy knife'.

They should call this $379 version the Integra Type R.
This is marketing gold
Thats really cool that you are able to put it together again!
Excellent review, Nick.
Good review Nick, thanks
Thanks so much for your candor. It is greatly appreciated. Being somewhat new to this hobby this type of scrutiny is most helpful.
I've missed your videos!
Best personality in the knife channel game 🙏 😩
Looking at the blade shape reminded me a little of the Böker Kwaiken series, but when I've seen it disassembled... Ohhh yeah, I can see why.
Thanks Nick!
I seen the custom of this on polish knives the other day. They did a great job with it.
Good to see you again Nick! Kansept has 3 variants of the JK Integra, 154cm g10 linerlocks, s35vn fatcarbon or timascus linerlocks, and m390 titanium framelocks. Found a 154cm red and black g10 for $39 on Amazon.
Gorgeous scales
Nice to see ya again Nick as always keeping it 💯. Really appreciate the no bull review. Wish everyone was as honest. We need ya back 😂 Have a fantastic day bud
I think I prefer the underside of the Timascus.
Well stated, well done sir.
Good to have you back….if only for a moment.
l needed that. Thanks Nick :)
It does allow folks who want a full Timascus type knife who can’t necessarily afford it a chance to at least experience it at an affordable price. Give em a break.
I just Star Wars memed you on Reddit and then you appeared Nick! I manifested you
Did you consider doing a disassembly of the Cold Steel Mayhem. You be the first to do so but would be comedy that you were known for and missed dearly. Thanks for being you.
nick got this right. its a superficial knife
Cool knife I have the damascusversion
✨️ 🤩👍 - Hey Nick! ✨️
...and Nick never heard from Kansept again.
I agree with most of what you said. The only thing I disagree with you and most reviewers on is complaints about weight. I’m 6’5 255. I’ve never handled a knife and complained about its weight. That might be just me though. Enjoyed the video. You realllllllly need to get another batch of TSA seized knives. Because the one I watched from you was honestly one of the funniest and most entertaining UA-cam videos I’ve ever watched. You and Dick need to get together and do a video like that together. I might have to wear depends first that one.
Those bags of TSA confiscations are great.
Just order a pocket sword from Maxace you’ll learn to understand weight matters….Lmao…yes you are correct sometimes light weight in this community is over analyzed. Are you looking at the knife or using it everyday? Cause weight between an 3 oz to 4oz doesn’t matter. For this reason I have friend who is a caveman electrician, I give him stuff and he destroys it. Example gave him a Kizer sheepdog xl saw it recently the bevel has waves like serrations he still uses it with his blackstone as a spatula(lol).😳…..I know right
@@roady7420 I have a Maxace mamba and Neptune. Love them. Plan on getting a Maxace Goliath when I can afford a premium version and will EDC it. When I can afford a beastie Midgard Messer I will EDC that. lol
@@joelamaro4525 love that response!👍👍👍
Alright Nicky lad....sound as. Don't be givin' up lad and caving to them other placky reviewers. Youse is doin' it for da love not da subs. Ur the GOAT lad an' da appointed king of dis kinda shit lad.
Up the Toffees init. Always welcome round Liverpool ways lad! Mad respect Nicky lad ger on da lemo an' sort it.
So when do we get watch dissasembly
For such a large bade I would expect larger diameter bearings.
Kansept (and to an extent Kizer) both have the same issue…they both do good work with G10/Micarta/aluminum and steels like 154cm and s35…but they need to practice the details. Which is something WE and Reate do better. WE/Reate still make some of the same questionable design choices, but they sweat the details and as a result ‘feel’ like expensive knives.
Hello all! Can somebody tell me please, if I want to buy authentic Wiha Torx 1/4", 25 mm insert bits, like couple of T6 and couple of T8, where do I go to? Thanks, people!
I agree to much $, for what you get !
Proof of kansept?
First!!!!! Killed it nick!!!
It's not timascus, it's anodized.
Sounds like Sofa King man
forgettable design, not a fan of the rokoko mokuti stuff too, nope thanks.
enjoyed the nick though!
Too big, too shiney, too garish, overpriced and with timascus handles it looks like a lot of the other stuff in your collection. But of course you're right, it's a racehourse saddle on a mule.
5* ounces is entirely too heavy for a pocket knife. This only works if you keep it in a display case, not practical at all.
