Anthurium Vietchii is one of the slowest growing plants and a few of my friends have the same experience with it. I've had mine for 4 years now. The first 2 years it was the same size as yours and put out leaves the same little size for the longest. Once I started feeding it more the 3rd year it started sizing up and the newest leaf is now 7 in (which is still smaller than I'd expect at this age yfm). I wish I increased the feed sooner but this is just my experience 🤷🏻♀️

Oh my gosh! Love the background filled with plants. So beautifully calming.
I have a two year old tiger fern. I am a little surprised that she is triving; lots of new growth. I have a silver band prayer plant that is also growing like a weed and is blooming. I just got a varigated maranta two weeks ago and it is doing very well. My little Thai Constellation is unfurling its first fenestrated leaf! I also use diluted rubbing alcohol for mealies. Personally, I see nothing wrong with bining cuttings that you choose not to propagate. Loved your video.
How long should I wait to repot a new small plant? What should I look for when plant buying?
Sell some of the ones from propagation. I love the plant collections.
