    Nice thanks
Are the fish natural or released by fisheries dept?
No good to eat i imagine, I've caught big barra in the dams at mackay etc and they are no good for eating very fat and muddy

Redfin have been there for decades, As for the callop eg Yellowbelly/golden perch, Cod and even rainbow trout have been stocked over the past 3years or so. Redfin are the best fresh water fish u can eat and can not be returned to the water like the natives can.

What bit of the resevoir is that? This is Myponga right? Does it take long to get to? I went there yesterday near the kayak launch, I used a TT Switchblade in motor oil and i caught nothing.

Yes it’s myponga. On foot takes me 30mins to walk to the other end of the reservoir. The water is low and the callop caught was just near the massive stump.
