- TRATTAMENTO DELLE SUPERFICI DA VERNICIARE
È importante garantire l'ottima pulizia del supporto, rimuovendo residui di lavorazione, unto e sporco. La pulizia va eseguita con azione sgrassante, con detergenti appositi o diluenti.
Per la pulizia di superfici metalliche il diluente idoneo è il DPM01
Si raccomanda di sabbiare o carteggiare i supporti, per garantire massima adesione, soprattutto se si è in presenza di acciaio inox, alluminio ed altri metalli a superficie speculare o difficili come rame, ottone, titanio, magnesio, ergal, etc.
APPLICAZIONE
È un prodotto da applicare a spruzzo, utilizzando attrezzature tradizionali tipo airmix e airless. Pistole con ugelli di erogazione da 1,2 a 1,7 mm e pressione dell'aria regolata a 3-4 bar.
Lo spessore da applicare è compreso tra 20 e 50 micron.
Essicca in modo naturale in circa 30-40 minuti, ma raggiunge il massimo delle prestazioni dopo almeno 5 giorni di passivazione.
Le condizioni ideali di reticolazione sono a forno: temperatura di 130-150°C per un tempo minimo di 60 minuti.
TREATMENT OF SURFACE TO BE COATED
It's important to ensure the surface is thoroughly clean, removing machining swarf, grease and dirt. Surfaces must be cleaned by degreasing with suitable detergents or thinners.
For cleaning the metal surfaces the suitable diluent is DPM01
You're advised to abrasive blast or sand the surfaces to promote maximum adhesion, especially when dealing with stainless steel, aluminium and other metals with a reflective surface, or difficult metals such as copper, brass, titanium, magnesium, Ergal, etc..
APPLICATION
Apply by spraying, using traditional airmix or airless equipment. Fit spray guns with nozzles measuring between 1.2 and 1.7 mm and set air pressure to 3-4 bar.
The thickness of the film to be applied is in the range from 20 to 50 microns.
Air-dries at ambient temperature in approx. 30-40 minutes, though maximum performance is achieved once the surface has been left to cure for at least 5 days.
For ideal curing conditions, use an oven with the following setup: temperature 130-150°C for 60 minutes minimum. - Авто та транспорт

This is the way how i destroy Ducati 900ss engine. Never sandblast assambled engine....!!!! Dont do that. Better to not have beautiful engine then bad engine after sandblasting!

Si ma scusate che recupero e' ?? meccanicamente non vedo nulla......e un motore fighissimo ma sfasato o che fa fumo e magari che non parte proprio non so cosa possa servire....e comunque sabbiare /micropallinare cosi e' un bel rischio......basta niente e ti giochi il motore.....
