They should quit calling the unspent cartridge “the magic bullet” and start calling the phone the “magic phone” since it can randomly turn on without human intervention even with a fully dead battery.
Richard Allen’s only daughter looks like Libby. In 2017 RA’s daughter was either getting married/ just got married and had left/was leaving home. So there were some things going on at home for him. There was a pic of his daughter in a tie-dye t-shirt just like Libby’s. I have heard his wife and parents are at court every day-but no one has mentioned his daughter being there.
Richard Allen was not part of this crime. He was out hiking and, 6 years later, law enforcement used him as a way to win the sheriff election. You're correct about Abby being the target, though. And I pray the real suspects are arrested someday.
I wonder if he tried to dress Abby after her death and just got the wrong clothes. He would have realised when he went to dress Libby but may not have wanted to spend any longer at the scene. Or maybe he ordered her to dress and gave her the wrong clothes and they just didn’t say anything to correct him out of fear.

I am shocked the Coroner when he suspected a box cutter didn’t further investigate ruling a box cutter in or out. Incompetent or just wanted to implant his “opinion” due to coerced confession. I think this part of his testimony should be removed. Very unprofessional.

We need the audio it creates so much confusion without having the testimony to the public . Does that mean at 10:35 the phone went to sleep mode because the battery was low? Was it an iPhone I think , well how do those normally look if you put a phone on the ground overnight on the data without touching it
He didn’t insinuate anything, it was testimony from the pathologist that performed the autopsies. It does matter because controlling two people at 100lbs is easier than two people, one at 100 lbs and one at 200 lbs, especially when the accused is only 150 lbs.
