- Visited the Cherokee County Courthouse. Visited just about ever office in here. Most were friendly and polite except for two. The DA's office and the public defenders officer was just horrible. What are they hiding? I am curious to know why these two officers acted in such a way to deter the public.
Public Defenders office stated they don't do open records. When will the Attorney General start doing their jobs and holding public officials accountable for the Georgia Open Records Act?

Every time they ask “can I help you” it’s simply another way of asking “what the hell are you doing”. They are never genuinely asking if they can assist you

GT: That was a great suggestion about a diffuser on the screens. That also is a clever explanation to use when you are visiting offices. "We are here conducting an "citizen security audit" to document those poor business practices that are a weak security implementation. They will be exposed later in the video.

No it's constitutional ignorance level 2. Maximum fine - feeling uncomfortable and irritated.
It's a human emotion that should be respected.
You can carry a little Troll doll with you and ask them to point on the doll where they are uncomfortable, and possible over the counter remedies you can suggest to help them.

A former inmate of the Cherokee County jail has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that an officer raped her while she was in custody, and that she was one of several female inmates who were sexually assaulted by officers.
The plaintiff was in custody at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center in 2019 and 2020, according to the lawsuit filed July 28. In the suit, the plaintiff says while in custody there, she joined an inmate work program called Workforce, and started hearing from other inmates about sexual abuse of inmates in the program.
In October 2020, the plaintiff says a sheriff deputy violently raped her in a part of the jail that was under construction, without surveillance cameras, and threatened to kill her if she told anyone.

Up in Moonshiners territory now, lot's of country left. Dawsonville is a good place to live or visit. Moonshine Festival every fall, 3 days of music, crafts, old cars, fast cars etc
@@katiekane5247 yeah. Over closer to Chattanooga for me. I was in Ellijay for a while when I was young. Love the hills and mountains. Most of the cops here are fantastic. Depends on where I go. I went to Mobile, AL recently and wow… what a mess they are down there!
