- Visited the Clarke County School Building with The J-Town Press. Police were called and the School Board Police Chief said "no" when I told him our rights under the U.S. Constitution.

Government employees lose their ever-loving minds when they are reminded of the law abiding procedures they should have been following all along and the public refusing to answer their questions.
Schools are usually about 60% of your property taxes. But to investigate how these taxes are used is not acceptable by our government.

I always wondered what is the point of answering "what are you filming for?" No matter what the answer is they won't accept it. You're much better answering "For my protection/security." Or "it's none of your business.
I absolutely adore GA Transparency. He is now my favorite auditor.
I've love to see a video where someone goes around tourists spots and asks them "what are you filming for?" or better yet, go up to corporate news crews and asking them "so are you just reporting for likes?"

that is normal for athens ga/clarke county. dead beat bums sucking pay from taxpayers & doing nothing for their paycheck. paly on cell phones & taking lots of smoke breaks. they are always too busy to assist taxpayers.

I'd really love to know when it became acceptable to be in a public sector position for the government and talk to the public like we are a inconvenience, it's certainly been happening for a long time and we need a dramatic change immediately.

You pay for the facility and the salaries of the people working in the facility and then are told you have to justify your reason for being there to their satisfaction. Unless you are breaking the law or creating a disturbance there is no justification needed. Public employees are out of control and need these audits.
