    Over the years, I've used a simple four-step framework to grow seven different businesses from zero to a million in the first year.
    Let's dive into the four steps: leads, appointments, presentations, and sales.
    Step one is generating leads. Focus on activities like creating waiting lists, offering online assessments, hosting introduction events, and organising discussion groups.
    Step two is booking appointments. Whether it's one-on-one strategy sessions or mini workshops, make sure you're spending time directly with potential clients.
    Step three is presenting your value. Use slide decks, practice your presentation, and make sure you clearly communicate what you do and how you do it.
    Step four is closing sales. Follow up with your leads, maintain professionalism, and ensure you're juggling logic, emotion, and urgency to close the deal.
    Track your progress weekly to see improvements and keep refining your approach.

    "Everything is downstream from lead generation" --> work on leads first and fix the rest as you go.
    That's something I'll be working on improving these days.
    This is what stuck with me since your interviews with Ali and others, and you say it in this video too. Repetition!
