As an introvert software developer, sales has been one of the hardest things I’ve had to learn. The techniques I have developed include always being genuine and adopting a helping/ coaching mindset. This has worked well but I procrastinate creating the proposals with all the dollar amounts and keep second guessing my pricing. It does my head in. Your videos help reinforce some of the things I have figured out myself while helping fill in the gaps.

I loved this video with the 5 steps. I am about to offer a 3 days “master class” and this has given me fuel for changing a few things and asking their permission to take them through what I propose. Great for having the client best interest at heart

Been selling for 30 years and you can definitely start with this framework and expand on the details. Just a quick tip, when you ask for the sale, proposed to get started, when you do have put the ball in the client’s court, don’t say a word! Let them be the next to talk or you’re gonna lose all the momentum you have gained.

Thanks Dan this is really great reminder of how easy it can be when you structure the process and take the emotion and attachment out of it! I really like this process

Explaining how to invite the prospective client into the discussion to tailor their need was extremely helpful!

I've always had a bit of a mental block that I've fought against when it comes to selling. As if it's underhanded in someway, and so doesn't quite fit with my personal value system. This video, and process, frames it in a way which is about how I can help someone solve a problem or achieve an objective. Refusing to sell something that isn't a perfect fit for the client definitely fits with my value system. Great video and great process. Thank you.

  • @DamianMarkSmyth

Great video, Dan. Most people don’t give enough thought to the framing and it’s the first impression the prospect gets. I also love the part about discussing objections - turning this into an essential part of the process rather than something to be ‘feared’.

This was great. I will definitely be changing up some of my relationship building with prospects. I love the idea of asking them permission along the way and them being given the opportunity to speak first from the questions we ask. Thank you so much!

In all my jobs i do consultative sales, i think, so this is a step up

  • @natalieblack855

Thanks for this video, I have 3 sales I have been working on recently. One is through but this video might help me ensure I am the perfect fit for the other potential clients I am speaking with.

  • @LamiaJarah

Thank you for the great value 👑

  • @heydaviduribe

Daniel, this was so helpful. I've had elements of this in my sales process, but I'm seeing the pieces I could adjust and improve. Much appreciated!

This is beautiful. This has really got me started and will love to build on this.

Love this approach to sales. I’ve completed Oversubscribed, now simultaneously going through Key Person of Influence, 24 Assets, Scorecard Marketing, and Entrepreneur Revolution. Oversubscribed has already transformed my business. I can’t get enough of these books.

  • @Helemba

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. With every video you are putting up I am realizing how little do I know. As I am in a process of launching my product to local busineses this information was key for my next steps. I feel anxious, excited and most importantly reassured in my approach. Cannot wait to use that process!

  • @KCNwokoye

Thank you Dan for all your great work.

  • @ejiroigbesoko

Awesome explanation around the sales process; I'll be copying with pride! 👍🏽

  • @laurelspring1849

Good structure and review of the process

I'm learning so much already from you and your team. Really excited to be getting going on the KPI Accelerator and looking forward to the London event on 10th July to meet you in person. We've been having trouble with conversations on our Sustainability as a Service package in particular. Having recently gone back through our sales process we realised there are some key steps missing, and your sales video has just confirmed what we've been thinking. We are already in the process of plugging our gaps and everything you've said in this video really resonates and also has given me further ideas for our implementation. Once we get clients on board they are very happy with our solutions and the majority tend to stay with us in the longer term. Our challenge at the moment is the front end of the sales process and shortening the initial conversion times to get clients on board. (Denise Taylor, MD at Wylde).

Excellent. Thanks so much for this.
