I make those same noodles for my keto lasagna, I use my silpat on a cookie sheet. It makes my noodles a little thinner, and It's so good!! Maybe give it a try :) I'm enjoying your channel. I'm going to subscribe

Omg I would love to eat at your house. My meals are boring many times and so simple cause of my arthritic hands.
My brother went all out on thanksgiving and even made keto pumpkin pie including a delicious crust. It was the best pie I ever had. His wife is on keto now with him even though she's thin. She wants to help my brother who has diabetes , weight issues and now kidney disease. He is back on keto about a month and already lost 34 pounds and better blood sugars.
I envy his wife for having him cook for her all the time.
You guys make keto look even better then it is with the recipes. Yum yum and yum

Maybe your sister in law qnd you could get together and she can help you meal prep some stuff, that way you can get delicious meals that you can just heat up!

That's called a stall. Just keep at it. I've stalled weeks and months but inches still come off. The scale doesn't always tell it all.
Angela Giering I was stalled for a good 4+ months and was getting so tired of it. So I took a two-month break from keto. Now I’m ready to go back full force, hopefully with a lot more weight loss this time.
@@mickiesconcertarchive when you stall try a cheat weekend or a big change in your routine for a bit.. it'll budge...

Oh my goodness. I made the spaghetti squash recipe tonight and it was absolutely amazing! I added in some shrimp and used mozzarella instead or cheddar and it was to die for! Even the 2 year old ate it.... well just the bacon, but she didn't throw it off her plate, so it's a win. Thanks for sharing!

Love this! I figured I’d share soemthing with you, I LOVE the spaghetti squash. I do the same thing I make the sauce the same too, but I also sauté onion, bell pepper, grape tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and lots more cheese. It’s DELICious

Hi Jess nice to meet you! I have been keto since Aug 2016 i love it !!! my son turned me onto it , i`m so thankful he did. I love it. your cooking style reminds me of my cooking style. I am gonna pick up some white cheese dip next time i go to Wally World! (O: oh and by the way the Spahgetti squash dish is tasty if you add in a tad of pesto or even dried Basil and top it with dried chives , i love dried chives from the bulk bins. I’ve watched you do the spaghetti squash like this before. I’m going to have to make it! I’ve only tried spaghetti squash once and it kinda freaked me out a bit with being a little sweet with pasta sauce? Maybe this way is better!
Yes, it does have a slightly sweet taste, but the creamy sauce really compliments it. we love it!
The tilapia from hello fresh would be good with crushed up pork rinds in place of the bread crumbs since u didn't love the coconut flour

What does the spaghetti squash taste like? Does it have noodle texture? Is it sweet slimy salty ?
It has a slightly sweet taste, but not much. It really takes on the flavor of whatever you put on it. I think the texture is very similar to noodles...not slimy at all when roasted in the oven. :)

Do you ever make salmon? I love tilapia too. I heard salmon is so much better for us. I had at restaurants but not home yet. I always see it at Aldis. I keep wanting to get it but I can't use my oven above 300 right now.
I need help with cleaning it. Hard with my hands so I tried my best but it really needs a good cleaning and it's too greasy for self cleaning with it smoking over 300, no way it could handle more.
Salmon is great for Keto. I’m not a huge fan of it and neither is David. I wish we liked it!

Walmart or really any major grocery store will have it. It’s with the hotdogs/brats.
