1 Can (395-400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 Biscoff Biscuits- more or less to taste
1/2 Cup Biscoff Spread
PEANUT BUTTER:
500g Unsalted Butter (or salted if you prefer)
1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
400g Can Sweetened Condensed Milk Chilled or Room Temp
NUTELLA:
500g Unsalted Softened Butter
1 Can (395-400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 Cup Nutella OR Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

I couldn't find any condemned milk at the supermarket, would it be okay if I just used milk left out for a few weeks?
That did NOT look like 1/2 cup of Biscoff Spread. More like 1 Tablespoon. 🤔. A 1/2 cup would seem what should be added instead of a Tablespoon. I do wonder, though, if the amount of butter makes it the dominant flavor?

These look amazing! Just....doesn't seem like they have enough of the actual flavored ingredient of Peanut Butter/Nutella/Biscoff.
You can add as much as you like. Too much will soften it and make it hard to keep it’s shape while piping. Good luck!

Adding the cookie crumbs at the end probably helps that one, if you want a stronger PB flavor I'd recommend a different PB than Jif, one with no added fats won't soften up the frosting so much so you can have a higher proportion to the butter
I would use powdered pb to give it extra pb flavor

I used to mix a jar of peanut butter with a can of condensed milk for almost a caramel icing fit chocolate cake. Now adding the butter will help stabilise it because often it was too runny. Thank you for this!❤
Biscoff butter is one of my favorite things in the world. I love how you added the bits of biscoff cookie to finish this one off.

Mmmmm that Biscoff spread is so good! I wish JIF would sell their Chocolate Silk PB in jars again - they used to in the late '90s, but more recently I've only found it in little desserty snack packs. And maybe it's more expensive to produce, but... I'd pay more. I'm not overly impressed with JIF Pb versus store brand.
I used to do Buttercream with General Foods International Coffee powder. The Italian Mocha was spot on. No second guessing, the measurements were perfect

Practically, no it's not, it's literally peanut butter, which itself is mainly peanuts ground up with occasionally other additives.

I prepared the Nutella buttercream as directed and frosted a cake the night prior to my son's birthday. It was delicious when fresh, but I found that after refrigeration some of the Nutella flavored had dulled. Not entirely sure why this occurred, so I recommend using this buttercream fresh.
How should we store them and how long can they last?? Do they melt if not refrigerated??

Due to the butter once refrigerated it will harden. Just take the icing or finished product out and let it come to room temperature before you try to use/eat it...

It would not be as sweet, us, eastern Europeans do not like American buttercream at all. This (butter and condensed milk) is my to go buttercream apart from chocolate ganache

I made a candy bar condensed milk buttercream the night before I wanted to use it and the next day when I rewhipped it it was like curdled. I was unable to get it back to how it was before and no longer curdled even though it tasted fine. How would I fix this issue in the future?
Temperature? Typically it curdles if it’s too hot: if you leave it unrefrigerated for too long
