Yes!! And LSF dressing is also a great marinade for grilled chicken! A tip -- when I have a bottle of mustard that's empty but has mustard coating the sides of the bottle, I pour in the LSF dressing ingredients, shake it up, and store in that bottle.

So funny!! I didn’t eat much chicken with either of my pregnancies either!! My mother couldn’t look at smell or even think of chicken with my oldest brother! And I at a TON of apples & grapefruit with BOTH my sons. Citrus fruit especially grapefruit I was eating by the case! Thank you for amazing videos. Been a big fan since 2018!!

I love the sunset bowl, will be a staple for future. I just finished the 14 day Shape Up and now I am doing the HBMP. It's too much food though I can't eat all the meals. My first meal is my coffee and I'll do 2 other meals and 2 snacks so 5 meals total.

Is there any way you can do a list of products Brands you buy at the groceries for meats and other things you buy for your meals????? I really love the video you did when you had items to swap for healthier choices like, instead of buying this bread buy this brand of bread or instead of buying Cheetos buy these chips. It was so helpful bc I have a really hard time finding better substitutes for things bc it’s like everything brands nutrition facts I read at the groceries no matter how many I read there’s always some weird ingredient in it or something that I don’t want added in there is in there, even with the organic products and suppose to be better choices. So when I did watch that video I looked up those specific brands and was able to find them and where to buy them that was so awesome thank you so much!!!!!!!
You make it easy. I will note sodium is very bad for you, better to use sea salt or pink salt. I try not to microwave stuff if I can, like the instant rice. I find the Organic Lundberg short grain rice cooked is worth the effort. Also love their sushi rice. Very cool blog you have. Your very inspiring!
Trader Joe's JARS too are so hard to open!! I can always tap a little on my counter if I have trouble and the lid will loosen but I did that with a Trader Joe's jar and the glass broke and shattered and the syrup went everywhere!
A lot of times I watch videos like this and they have so many ingredients or things I don’t eat (because I’m picky)but this video was great! Is the container of chicken from Whole Foods?

Are you not gluten free? I have Hashimoto’s and have read that being gluten free is a must, also for gut health?
I try to eat GF as much as possible, but not all the time. Going GF can be amazing in many ways, especially if you experience gut issues.
