I love Cameron’s logic of the weight limit being an estimate.
Sure, the engineers who designed a million dollar machine that lets you see inside someone’s body with high accuracy, they were just winging it and estimating.

Pretty much EVERYTHING that has a 'Max Weight' shown is estimated.
They plan it, they calculate it, they test it and then they take the actual breaking point and substract 5% to 15% from it and print that number.
So, Cameron's not wrong, although a 150pounds of wiggle room are bit over the top ;)

Sometimes Cameron's Kind nature is really more of a liability.
She drugs the fat guy later in the episode. I love this show but literally everyone of the main cast should be fired and have their medical license taken away 🤣
Cameron easily became one of my least favorite characters by the end of the show, I agree. Her need to "care" for everyone caused mayhem more than once, and it became a very old trope eventually that just made me dislike her. Not specifically in this season, just by the end of the show

fun fact (according to some tik tok doctor) if your too large or weight to much to go on any of the scanners/machines a lot of times they will send you to another hospital that has one that is rated for your weight but if that isn't available sometimes they will send you to the zoo to use one that is meant for larger animals.

That is also the case for people with extreme claustrophobia, whose anti-anxiety meds cannot be taken for some reason. Bigger machine = less claustrophobia, which is a fear that increases likelihood with age.

27:10 And that radtion actually ends up KILLING her. It turned out that her bra hook had cut into her back and developed a Staph infection that caused her to become septic. It was just a small cut on her back that they completely missed & were unaware of until AFTER she'd died, due to the full body radiation which wiped out her immune system and allowed the infection to continue to run rampant. She died within 12 hours of that radiation and Foreman admitted his mistake/misdiagnosis to her and informed her of her imminent death and had her moved to a private room where he stayed with her until after she passed because she didn't have anyone else.

Out of every Antagonist House has dealt with Tritter & Vogler were the absolute worst. One had The Law the other had Money.
You gotta admit though... the way Vogler played his character *perfectly* made you hate him, intentionally. Incredible acting on his part

Foreman punching the wall was a favorite moment from S-3 and indeed the entire series. Epps really outdid himself in that memorable episode.

One Day, One Room is perhaps top 2 greatest episodes of all time on the show.
In your opinion, if course. In mine, it was muddled, mediocre, and -- even more unforgivable for a _House_ episode -- boring. Bottom 20, maybe even bottom 10.
I like how they compared the trauma of being raped to losing the use of your leg and being reminded every day by uncontrollable, excruciating pain. That's what ptsd and being triggered by everyday events is. Maybe only people who have had similar can understand and enjoy thought-provoking t.v. like this.
I found that episode just really infuriating

That's funny, because most of the online fanbase thought she was truly awful on _House._ I personally found her neither awful nor amazing, just a rather weak young actress hampered by even weaker writing; IMO, it was the script for "One Day, One Room" (aptly abbreviated as ODOR) that was truly awful.

Google claims that coccidioides immitis aka valley fever does not actually cause "loss of inhibition," i.e. House made that up to deflect the love-obsessed girl. Heroic on his part!
In a small number of cases, the infection can spread to the brain. This isn't specific to the "loss of inhibition" part, and yeah House is probably out of line saying it is; but yeah, it is theoretically possible.

The guy who refuses yo drink the orange juice was being very immature he knew he was hospital for a reason and behaved like a child. Even if he didnt have diabetes at least the tests would gave shown up sonething else that could help

theres a man here on youutube who is slowly dying from a incurable disease (i forget off the top of my head which one he's got) but he decided to move away from everything and spend his final days in a remote cabin .. where he has to chop wood to make hot water for the water heater and its all very primitive pioneer stuff .. he has a boat and goes to the closest town to get supplies every now and then .. but mostly he is just living in the wilderness until he dies .. he made a video recently saying that he son said he looks good and could last 2 more winters up there but in the same video he said that he has been lying to everyone and is actually much sicker than anyone knows and that he himself things he wont last the summer .. i for the channel name and everything other than seeing him shaking and talking to the camera saying that is all that i have in my head abotu his channel ..it pops up in the shorts section a lot so start searching ..

You can get lung cancer for working in a kitchen or indoors too much, it can be from living in a big polluted city or getting exposed to chemical fumes from a factory, your personal car not having a properly isolated exaust system.
Anyways, pretty much anything prolonged and excessive can and will kill you.

A pulmonary ventilation/perfusion scan involves two nuclear scan tests to measure breathing (ventilation) and circulation (perfusion) in all areas of the lungs.
How the Test is Performed
A pulmonary ventilation/perfusion scan is actually 2 tests. They may be done separately or together.
During the perfusion scan, a health care provider injects radioactive albumin into your vein. You are placed on a movable table that is under the arm of a scanner. The machine scans your lungs as blood flows through them to find the location of the radioactive particles.
During the ventilation scan, you breathe in radioactive gas through a mask while you are sitting or lying on a table under the scanner arm..
