Its the lacklusture finish for the price point for me. Is it so hard to give people the appropriate finishes and fixtures for that high asking price? I mean, it is elevated for NHT standards yes but it still misses the mark for me. The finishes not bad but not 'yes' for this price point. Thanks for the tour.
You're welcome. Yeh everyone tries to get as much profit. Hopefully they will hear feedback n do better because there will be a phase2.
Same ting mi a seh.. you could a do downlights, soft touch switches, range hood over stove, perhaps a kohler kitchen sink... some little expectation based on price point. The large windows for natural light, internal doors are okay and door fixtures look okay.
@@magj1978 Me a tell yuh! Even a little kitchen lighting fixture. I went to a $42 million and up apartment off Waterloo Road the other day and is the same thing. Theirs wasn't as bad but it still missed the mark. I feel like it's not value for money when you still have to make fixture changes when you move into a place that is brand spanking new.
@@magj1978 these things sound very nice but I don't expect NHT to give me that. Other developers yes but definitely not NHT. Lol. Can always update it yourself though to nicer fixtures if it works out cheaper than others in the area.
Comparable properties in area with better finishes in my personal opinion, was an anti-climax. I would spend 37.7 on the right property but not this one. Rather a house and land on the north coast and commute when required. Thanks anyway boo, big ups
I was wondering about that while editing enuh. What were the other properties going for in the area. Would be better able to make a more informed decision. But tru mi no realtor. Lol. Definitely can get some good ones on north coast for that price. So all depends on what you want cause you know some ppl jus want to be in kgn. N thie is 100% financing. Thanks for the Look-See, great tour, but NHT needs to get off that stuff, as they are drunk with DELUSIONS. If you are asking that price, at least provide some Top Shelf accessories and finishes, as what we are seeing are very similar to low budget Quads in Portmore. No common areas, no pool, no NOTHING. Remove the cost of the land and location, NHT will be making a killing, Manley must be spinning in his grave, as that was not what he envisioned in 1976

You are really just paying for the location. Which is why I think it would be interesting to compare other apartments in the area and what they go for. Because if it cost the same den robbery but if it's cheaper some things can be easily updated
@@Goldilocspunky It's actually more affordable than similar properties in the area (newly built), so I get the location issue, but the finishes and accessories are really low budget
@@Dogg1512 n that's why it's cheaper. So may wrk out better to get that and change the finishes. Something to consider. Just have to work out the maths and decide what gets you better value for your money

Its time like this me sorry me nuh have millions so mi could get an Apartment in Kingston 😔. If me did know say a so NHT's Ruthven Towers was gonna be so expensive I would have tried earlier this year to try get one of those private contractor $16 million studio Apts on Perkins Blvd Kgn 19. Which I thought was over priced at the time🤔..
No that was a good price for Kingston. You always have to consider the area and what the properties are going for there. That will help you to make a more informed decision. So something to consider for the future

For that apartment, it's not worth that money. Sorry. NHT be doing to most now. Nice apartment but not nice enough for that price
price too much for NHT development ...plus if you look closely in the kitchen where the space for the stove is thats too small
It's pricey yes. But they have a specific market. Wondering if they are trying to target overseas contributors more than anything because most of us can't afford that

Wow for NHT but not overall in grand scheme. Its nicer than what I have seen them do in st. Catherine area. I wonder what the price of other apartments are in the area because most times you are only paying for the location and not so much quality of apartment.

Thank you for the tour, but it was rather unsatisfactory. I’m to Spend $27.7-37.7 MILLION, on a basic unit? No thanks. Mark you, if they had put in anything nicer, the price point woulda reach fi di stars! I’m a minimum wage earner, this is way too rich for my bank account anyways 🤷🏽♀️
You're welcome. Yeh this is not for the average person in Jamaica. I wonder though what's the cost of other apartments in the area. I know it's the location that has affected the cost but I agree they could have added nicer things

Nothing in Kingston and St. Andrew is for the average Jamaican... I could cry. You need to be making x7 the weekly minimum wage to even be considered.
