They should have put the utilities wires under ground. And right now the whole Jamaica should be doing this to avoid future problems with hurricanes and storms
Agreed, but it may not be viable/sustainable on the island. Other Caribbean countries practice the same method ... 🤷🏽 ... I'm not an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 🤷🏽⁉️
Other developers have done that in recently built homes. The government has been putting wires underground along the highway, as they expand into St Thomas.
That looks like a prison ground. Why does Jamaica try to erase their colorful and bright culture and completely remove the natural landscape that makes it beautiful? I hope more developers start to think smarter, focused on what the people want, and make these home unique and attractive. There’s a lot to be desired so on the upside, they’re so much room for growth and expansion. Nature provides so stop trying to erase it.
What you described won't make the developers any money. They get paid on the individual properties, which are sold out on announcement. Each owner will later add their individual touch going forward.
@@ashma-annhylton3213 Don't let them fool you about people buying them !!! Many of these developments haven't sold anything !!!! OMG congratulations guys I'm so proud of you for taking the step, I have watched u guys for so long and I am elated. Following swiftly behind you myself!!! Took alot of reading but it was well worth it. Congrats again!!!!!!!! On my way to 1000 subscribers and I cant wait to start my real estate content!!!
Those do not look like typical Jamaican homes or community and is certainly not worth that. It doesn't look good. I don't know what those developers were trying. It didn't work.
First congratulations on becoming Estate agents. Hopefully it will be successful. Don’t like this Port Ridge estate 👎🏽 It looks like a prison from an Ariel viewpoint and from the ground up they look like ship containers . Pity we didn’t get to see the inside .
The inside is pretty amazing. Nice fixtures etc. But outside is very ugly. Look like real army barracks. I would never purchase one of those units. And the depressing gray color!!! 👎
Mr. and Mrs. Delpratt you are an awesome couple, a great inspiration of a strong and loving family......Needs lots more green spaces....many more trees necessary....and I agree with many of the comments about the aesthetics...
This development is Canada inspired because the clusters are named with cities in Ontario. Thanks for this video D family. It's always great keeping up with what's happening in Jamaica.
This community has names of the cities located in Ontario Canada. The pronunciation is Osh-awa(it is an aboriginal name). Blessings ❤ Congratulations on receiving your real estate licenses
Congrats Fam , the best thing you could do- real estate agents , you have been doing this a long time . Thanks for your insights , tips and advice over the years . Know you are going to continue to do great 🎉
Congrats to you guys on your success! As for these homes, i would be embarrassed to drive someone to my home if I i lived in this military complex. I imagine a lot of people will be pulling into the wrong driveway on a regular basis.
Congratulations 🎉 to you both on getting your real estate license 👏...I think that with all the properties which you've shown over the years and you're a normal at it..this the obvious next step...
Green Village in Spanish Town does the underground utilities, making the community look so clean and modern, with its uncluttered streets and enhanced aesthetic appeal.
This was a look at the surroundings. A tour of the unit will be provided when available. This is a follow up video where all info was stated. It’s St. Catherine, Bless
Why do we constantly say there's no work in JA and people in need? All these developments are in urgent need of landscaping. Such a beautiful, healthy and welcoming climate we have, but yet consistently shabby lawn care and landscaping, seems to be the norm.
Congratulations Adrian and Cassandra 🎉 on your licences.

The houses would cost more if that was done,it is very expensive.
Other developers have done that in recently built homes. The government has been putting wires underground along the highway, as they expand into St Thomas.
Congratulations to both of you! You deserve your success.

Jamaicans are creative, they are going to make it what it should look like. Everything starts somewhere.
What you described won't make the developers any money. They get paid on the individual properties, which are sold out on announcement. Each owner will later add their individual touch going forward.
@@gstar876they’re sold out because they’re all bought up as investment properties. Rarely any of those buyers will be “making it their own”.
I was about to say tha same thing. They look like barracks. No ambiance. It looks like projects.

$34 Million for what? 🤨
The Grey prison match box doesn't even have a proper veranda.
Reminds me of an army barracks😢😢
😂
Your life sentence! It's really a ugly looking prison thing for true.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 welcome to Jamaica
Congratulations guys, this is a fantastic move….pray for success and continuous guidance
Many many thanks

The sectors are named after cities in Canada: Markham, Brampton, Oshawa (pronounced Osh-A-wa), New Market, Milton and Vaughan
Yes
What happened to the Jamaican names?? Nonsense!!
@@cookiemammaoriginal6824 I'm not the developer. When u build your community you can give it any names you like.

Congratulations on your ever-growing journey! I was hoping to see inside one of the house
We will next time for sure. It’s being arranged.
Congratulations guys. All the best on your journey. 🎉

This doesn’t look inviting at all, it’s looks a lot like prison, too expensive
Congratulations 🎊 on being realtors
Those do not look like typical Jamaican homes or community and is certainly not worth that. It doesn't look good. I don't know what those developers were trying. It didn't work.
They could have designed them in a more delicate and beautiful way! Look around Jamaica!

The things that came into my mind the blood of Jesus christ I can't talk them but the blood the blood
You guys are doing a great job but I wouldn’t pay 34 million for that but they go to Portmore get much more for your money
Looks great, Clusters are named after Canadian Cities in Ontario :)
34,000,000 (218K usd) is a joke. It is significantly cheaper to buy an acre or two and build a 5 bedroom house, 6 bathrooms etc etc.....
I totally agree
The grey makes it look like a high security prison
That look like prison grounds, for 34 for Mullin hope they never sell.
Congratulations!!!! ❤
