Taylor has been such a huge influence for me in learning and playing drums, and in general just was such a positive influence on me and millions of other people. This one really makes me miss him. I'm glad I was able to see him play 3 times.
im ashamed to say I never realised how talented he was until now - had no idea he could sing like that when he wanted to - I regret not being a fan of his specifically when he was alive, but you can definitely count me as one now :o
He released an EP called Kota a few years ago where he sang and played all the instruments, if you like 70s-esque rock I'd definitely recommend checking it out 🙂
Me too. When I hear him on "Shadow dancing" I'm regretting how he didn't get more time as a lead singer whether with the Foos or other. Such a great voice 😢. Loved seeing him give his all each time and am wondering how he didn't break his back like Phil Collins or whatever, when you saw how he was hitting the drums, banging his head, making his blond hair fly... **sigh**

Say hello to heaven Taylor, we are gonna miss you
It wasn't his time to go....yet he did. It's infinitely more painful when a loved one pass's before their time. Condolence's to everyone who loved Taylor........and that includes anyone who ever saw or knew him. David......stay with us. You may never get over this.....but you will get through it..........someday. Our Love is with you Brother.........
I can't watch these anymore I just cry 😭
Taylor has been such a huge influence for me in learning and playing drums, and in general just was such a positive influence on me and millions of other people. This one really makes me miss him. I'm glad I was able to see him play 3 times.
When you know when you got a big job on and you best mate can back you up in time of need. You need that in a great team 👏 👍 👌 🙌 💪 😉
Wow, what a amazing Drummer and Singer he was..Brilliant..🥁🎙👌🇦🇺
This makes me so incredibly sad. What a talent the world lost!
Long time Foo fan.. This is one of the reasons Tayloy will go on
I'm fucking crying, at work in the middle of the office
Thank you TH, RIP
im ashamed to say I never realised how talented he was until now - had no idea he could sing like that when he wanted to - I regret not being a fan of his specifically when he was alive, but you can definitely count me as one now :o
He released an EP called Kota a few years ago where he sang and played all the instruments, if you like 70s-esque rock I'd definitely recommend checking it out 🙂
i urge you to listen to all taylor hawkins and the coattail riders albums. absolute masterclass.
**sigh**
Check him out doing ziggy stardust on jonesy jukebox or singing with the doors. He was badass
Been feeling the same 🙁
So glad I got to see them when they came here ... RIP Taylor
Feel so unbelievably lucky to have been there that night. We drove from SW London, UK to Nurburg, Germany to go to this festival. Taylor was the backbone to every Foo's show I've been lucky enough to go to, and I can't thank them enough for the memories. RIP x
RIP, I will forever sing it the same way!
This is so memorable, these two were two peas in a pod. They always make me smile, laugh... Love them both so much. Rest peacefully Taylor
Still can't believe he's gone. 💔
This is a testament of how Dave and Taylor were so connected and unfortunately, exactly the reason, I believe, we will never see the Foo Fighters again. Dave, Chris, Pat, Nate and Rami can’t replicate this.
i hate to agree with you but when taylor died, the foo did too. he was part of the foo sound.
I teared watching this. I teared for the love that was so real and strong between Dave and T. Tears for the immeasurable pain Dave must be going through. And tears for the loss of one helluva beautiful and kind soul that is Taylor Hawkins.
Well said. I still can't believe it!
This makes it better but so much worse. Just a great guy, wing man, friend.. and I didn't even know him. You can just tell, someone this genuine isnt acting.
I am so happy i got to see them in 2019 before covid and all the shit that has happened since then, Taylor was really unique and i will forever be grateful i got to hear his drumming/singing live for one night. RIP
Absolutely gutted that I'll never see them perform live together.
I was there..so Special!! Miss you a lot Taylor!
I lost my brother recently to drugs and was the one who had to deal with his passing feel i was there with dave....its definitely times likes these, eh?
I don't see the Foos continuing without Taylor.
Taylor is more talented then some lead singers. His talent will live on forever in the love of his fans. RIP Taylor you’ll never be forgotten!
We all love you,Taylor. Thank you for your art!
Taylor was always there and always gave dave support when he needed it. Always knew when to just finish his sentences and step right in and become his extension when needed. I pray they both find peace after their both long struggle❤
So beautiful that he just had his back like that. Terrible loss.
Oh Taylor You are missed
And Dave.. Poor Dave ❤❤
Let this be how we will remember him.
Yesterday on September 3rd, 2022 at the concert for Taylor in Wembley Stadium, my heart broke to see how much pain and how sad he was that Taylor was no longer there
