I think it's always funny how hobbies get sidetracked or hijacked by goals. They ruin a perfectly good thing that's perfect all by itself. Like, I like to run, I enjoy the feeling, but soon I'll be making goals and watching my times and comparing, judging, being all busy with that... not good. I just wanna enjoy running, it's fun! My "busy" tendency is such a bore, crowding things I do. I have to keep reminding myself, "Don't mess me up with that 'work' mentality!" 🍓🫐 Have a great weekend!

I’ve been there with feeling disappointed with my running but as you said it’s you vs you. I had to cut short my 8k to 6K today because of foot and corn pain. 😖
@Celinelikedion Hello Celine🤗. I can really relate to a few things in this lovely video👍. When it comes to groceries, I also only buy things that I strictly need. I have also become mindful of waste and feel so bad about throwing food out. I think of the hungry people in 3rd world countries😔 I buy frozen berries because they don't go off , taste better and the freezing process retains the vitamins. I use a salad spinner to dry my spinach etc and I pop them into a zip lock bag, and store them in the crisper drawer of my fridge. Your meals always look delicious and healthy.😛 A whiteboard is such a good idea to organise your to do list.👍 I think writing a list helps one to remember things easily. It is awesome to hear how comfortable you are dong presentations. Do you think by being on you tube has helped with your public speaking/presentation skills? I am raising my hand in now being guilty of not getting enough sleep, not sleeping properly and sleeping late😔. I just have so much to do. And don't be too hard on yourself in not achieving your running goals. 🤗The main thing is that you are getting out there, doing it. hi Lara! 😊 when it comes to food waste, I also think of those who are hungry and can't afford to waste food, that's why I'm known to try to bring leftovers and will continue eating them for as long as I can 😅 frozen berries are a good idea! Im impatient with the defrosting part otherwise I'd use them more too. I do think youtube has helped a lot with public speaking/presenting!! especially for video calls, since it's also talking to a camera technically hahah and thank you for the positive reassurance with the running 🫶 have a great week ahead! 🐨💜
