Be careful starting an engine with no coolant if you’ve fitted a new water pump. The seal on water pumps is a special type and needs coolant to lubricate it. If you run it dry when it’s new it will chew it out and the pump will leak straight away or very soon after. I learnt this the hard way….
When you put the fuel pump, did you set the timing on it? If you don't you are liable to strip and snap the cam belt over a period of time. There is a mark on the drive gear on the pump, that must be aligned with the mark on the casing. Goes in when the cam shaft drive strocket is locked in place.
@@ssss-df5qzthis pump is timed. It have only one piston. Easy to recognize, if there is that funny gearbox between CR pump and head, you should time it.

Je suis en train de faire un joint de culasse, j’ai démonté la pompe après avoir fait mon calage Distri. Je re démonte la pompe et si elle aligné dois-je tourner le pignon à la main avec le deuxième trou de pige, aligne spéciale pompe ?

These pumps aren't timed or phased mate. The cam drives gears through a little gearbox which the HP pump bolts to.
Dat dus want het zal niet de eerste keer zijn waar dat gebeurt. PSA waarschuwt hier ook al voor.

Unfortunately no it takes about 3 working days to do so I was recording mostly in time lapse from the beginning.
