      Yes it like playing 3 hours of Pickleball or riding 60 miles on my bike... it does feel good to be home and sit in a recliner! I'll watch these videos when I am old (older) :-) Thanks for watching!

    Your videos started at excellent and continue to get better, each one out-doing the last. THANK YOU! Only question is why is the lock master asking for last names? Seems like the lock masters you encountered are way nicer than those encountered by the Florida ski riders on the St. Lucie

    • @BobBroeking
      @BobBroeking  Рік тому +1

      Good question! I had no clue.... easier to ID when they recover our bodies...first time I had that happen; both lock masters took our names. When I crossed Florda we had one lock master that did not seem happy to help us; all others were very helpful, thanks for watching!

    I finally got my ski!! 2018 2up spark and this was the first place I went. FIRST TIME ON JETSKI. I went with someone who knows the waters well and it was a blast. I wanted a gti for the comfort but I could not afford it. I live in davenport and lake Kissimmee is my favorite. Your videos keep getting better. Keep up the great work👍

      im sure you will work your way up to a bigger ski one day dont worry. the spark is a good starter and because of the popularity you wont have an issue selling it when the time comes as long as you take good care of it

    Wow - great video and trip! I am going to do Kissimmee River next Tuesday from River Ranch to Istopoga and back - 82 or 84 miles on my two Seadoos 155 and 170. How much gas do you think you used in 139 miles? 20 Gallons would be 7 MPG.

    • @BobBroeking
      @BobBroeking  Рік тому

      Enjoy. I got 6.2 mpg on this trip... highest ever due to no slow zones: I burned through 22~24 gallon is just a guess. Have fun.... and thanks for watching....!

    When you are "just riding" between destinations, what speed do you normally ride along at? 30, 40, etc.? I realize there are moments where it's wide open, but I can't imagine it's wide open all the time.

    • @BobBroeking
      @BobBroeking  Рік тому +1

      Yes I am not a wide open kind of guy agree… when we are making time between point a and b we normally are going 40-45…. When we are going up a river for the first time like last week I led going only about 35 mph because we don’t know the hazards. On the way back I led it about 40-45. After the last break the boys opened it up at full throttle at 55-60 in the last run. I saw them at the end… hahahaha… hope this helps…. Thanks for watching!

    Just curious as to why you wear a knife on your leg?

    • @BobBroeking
      @BobBroeking  Рік тому

      So if I am ever in a position to have to cut or stab something I have the knife exactly where I can reach it in the water or out…I have carried it there for most of three years… a standard dive knife. Thanks for watching! Bob

    I am interested to hear your take on this river! It was nice, it was long, not sure I would do it again! What is your take?
