Jetblaster and its predecessor the EXR are great skis and they fill a slot in the market for those looking for a ski you can throw around that's light, with easy engine access, proven reliability and decent horsepower (not to mention really good fuel economy for a PWC). Plus, they handle 2 up and rough water way better than a spark. The JB is a great ski - coming from a former Waveblaster owner (slightly older than when I had the Waveblaster mind you!)
Great question. In Australia, Yamaha WaveRunner supply is coming through in a trickle. Best contact your local dealer and check how long their waiting list is before signing up. To be fair, in most cases Yamaha Australia (and Sea-Doo and Kawasaki) aren't able to provide accurate ETAs at the moment because there are so many variables in shipping. The dealers often don't know what's coming until the truck arrives with a load of Jet Skis.
I bought a 2022 VX, Great ski, had a problem at 6.5 hours, dealer didn't prep the ski correctly, I got charged $150 for the fix and Yamaha FAILS to stand behind it's product. I was a fool to purchase their YES warranty, I will fight tooth and nail to get a refund. The VX ski is fabulous, Yamaha support is IMHO worthless, I'll find an independent mechanic and stay away from "Yamaha authorized" dealers
Sorry Mate, the jet blaster cannot ride on its tail with just a push of a button. You are incorrect Mate, only the seadoo spark trixx can do that due to the extra degrees of throw the trim unit will provide. The jet blaster is just a weak copy of the spark only thing it offers is better passenger seating over the doo. And im not a seadoo fanboy , last 6 skiis ive owned are yamahas. what i own--- 21 gpr and 16 fzs both 132 kph at current setup.
My 93 waveblaster can stand on its tail and carve better then the weak seadoo spark. They tried to make a dirt bike style ski and is far from it in my opinion. Ricketer and krash are the only ones who came close to have anything close. I'm sure though woth a little work one could get the jet blaster to have the throw the spark does. With that said who cares tail stands or boring 1990s tricks lol seadoo is late to the game haha
We own a Jet Blaster at the moment and while it can't ride on its tail for as long as the Spark Trixx, with practice and plenty of balance you can stand it up for five to 10 seconds at least (in calm water).
Real shit lol. I got it and it literally felt like the flu. Ran a 99.9 fever one day that's it. I have been hospitalized with the flu as a kid with 105 fever. I'm not vaccinated either
No way any pwc is worth 27k plus. I cam get a nice used boat for cheaper and can do everything these can do and more with more room for friends and family to come along. Let's be real going alone or sharing one ski with friends all day sucks! Who want to to spend 60 grand for two 3 seaters? That's absurd!!
The prices of Jet Skis are climbing at the same rate as new cars and boats. All industries say parts and shipping costs are adding to the final RRP of their products. Nevertheless, It's frustrating - and some models are starting to get out of reach price-wise. Once supply returns to normal and waiting times are gone, we might start to see some deals like we used to pre-pandemic.
@@WatercraftZone exactly and I actually bought my wife a. New car and gave my daughter her old car because I couldn't find her a used car worth the money
@the_zeplin_maker clearly have never drove a jet boat (not a seadoo or yamaha) or a off shore boat with 2 or more engines running well in the hundreds? A boat you can take more family or friends with you at the same time amd all have a good time without taking turns or needing someone else to have a ski so you are not riding by yourself. You cam hold more storage you can go longer on fuel without carrying fuel tanks along. You don't get beat up near as bad on long ruff trips. You have plenty of room for you and others to go fishing together. You can do way more water sports on a boat like wake surfing wakeboarding. Wakeboarding behind a pwc is stupid. Not enough wake for anything. Louder stereo. I cam keep going. These type of skis are fucking boring. To big to do anything fun. I have a boat a 93 waveblaster woth a 1200swap and a superjet. They are a blast. I love jumping wakes behind my boat or running buoys with my friends on the blaster. I still take my boat out more then i take the skis and when i do take them the boat is usually there. These skis are to fucking big to do anything fun. There only fun for non athletic people. A boat can do anything a pwc can do and more. They can even jump wakes amd spin around like all the dumb ass noob pwc owners like to do. Oh yeah I cam take my big ass ski and do water doughnuts and go 70 in a straight line. Watch out now. You dont need to spend more on a boat. You can get a nice one owner boat that will do everything you need for 27k or you can buy this over priced mini boat for the same price lol. I think you train of thought is flawed my friend
@@jeffbryner5355 actually yes I have and my statement stands....PWC is way more fun! Give me a PWC over a boat any day! What I am trying to prove here is your argument is flawed. A boat may well be better to you and may serve your requirements better, and that is fine...one isn't better than the other and comes down to individual preferences. Wakeboarding behind a PWC is brilliant. Obviously you haven't ridden a supercharged WaveRunner. I wouldn't want a stereo louder than what the PWCs currently offer, it is brilliant. I can go riding on my PWC ALL DAY and still have fuel left over...I never need more fuel. As I said, your argument is flawed and there's plenty of people like me who think PWCs are way better than boats. Point is, it's an opinion.

Thanks for the feedback. We have just bought a 2022 Yamaha JetBlaster so we can test it out over the Aussie summer. It looks like a blast.
When will anyone have them in stock ?
We be seeing the 24 model also and nothing will be available 😂

Anyone regret shutting down the world for the flu yet?

Boats are boring compared to PWCs! Why would you spend more on something not as fun. It's subjective but your opinion is flawed.
