Solid run! Do you suppose the changes to AE in 1.32 made this category a bit easier?

Honestly the proclaim guarantee thing was the major difference, with that AE doesn't really matter because you're powerful enough to get all the big boys out of the coalition. It's a shame they fixed that in 1.33 :p
