How to make Nigerian Zobo with Pineapple and Ginger| Hibiscus tea

    Zobo | Hibiscus | Sorrel | Roselle | Zobolo | Bissap as mostly called can be consumed either hot or cold. So in whatever climate you live in give this simple recipe a try! Nigerian Zobo is mostly prepared with Pineapple and Ginger.
    This recipe will make 3 litres or more depending on your preferred consistency.
    INGREDIENTS
    100g Dried Hibiscus flower
    17g Ginger
    60g Sugar (Swap for any sweetener of your choice)
    1 Medium-Size ripe Pineapple
    1 Cinnamon stick
    1 Teaspoon Cloves
    1 Orange
    3 Litres Water

    This looks healthy for mine I will avoid the sugar, am in the UK where do I get the Zobo from?

      Yes you can swap the sugar for honey too. You can get them from any African or Asian stores
