      Oolong tea cuts GREESE!! Don't believe me?? Next time you have GREESY FINGERS, just dip 'em in some OOLONG TEA; it'll DE-GREASE THEM INSTANTLY! And if you're eating a GREESY meal, drink Oolong tea with the meal; I'm assuming it'll KEEP YOUR ARTERIES CLEAR. Or better yet, just take E-D-T-A- (find out what it means to me! LOL.) E-D-T-A- must be taken on a empty stomach, & then give it a few hours to do it's 'magic' ; afterwards, REPLENISH WITH MINERALS.

    Cool video. I have been drinking my own mix/blend for years now. Black, Oolong, and Gunpowder Green teas, and ginger. I make mines by the gallon, take a quart to work with me (winter) 2qts in the summer, and sip all day. I down a gallon every 2 days. It's about 24-26 bags total, chop up and boil about 6oz of Ginger to add to it. YES, I love it STRONG.
    Caught hell in the military keeping my weight down once my metabolism slowed down and I was assigned to training, then became senior trainer. An Asian quarters manager gave me some Oolong tea to help me out. I went through all the green tea they had available prepping for a last minute assigned course. A few sips, I was hooked!
    I switched to tea from soda about 7 years ago. The sugar.....wow! Not a big fan of coffee.

    I have been drinking multiple cups of this tea with table spoon of stevia/honey/lemon juice/pinch of cinnamon for a month now and every day I lose up to 1 lb. Make sure you do not drink it on an empty stomach or it will make u wanna throw up! I have been on a diet for life and have struggled with many different weight loss challenges. This is the best thing ever, I feel full of energy and the best part is I don't even work out, I can just imagine if I did. It really works!

      I am sorry for your experience. I think the Oolong tea which makes empty stomach want to throw up is because the tea fermentation was not proceed properly. The Oolong tea said to " nourish your stomach". We drink it from morning after waking up and before bedtime, everyone in our Oolong tea tea town are like this. Oolong tea has different quality grades, it tastes very different and it costs differently too.

We sometimes go to an Asian market in London, ON (an hr away from where I live), so I will check there as well! Considering it was my first time trying oolong i want to get a idea of the flavor compare to other black and green teas. I find it to be full of flavor. Does it make a huge differences in quality of oolong branks you buy at the market??? I notice there was manny different brands ranging on prices.

    • @ljt3647
      @ljt3647 5 років тому

      The quality depends on prices. Very different. Well, most of the teabags from store are very cheap Oolong tea unless we filter out tea powder from good tea and pack it in teabags. We use Kungfu tea teaset to make tea,so we always use loose leaves tea. But good quality OOlong tea ( when we say Oolong tea in China normally means Ti Kuan yin Oolong tea ) has natural sweetness lingering after tasting it, rich fragrances or aroma,mainly because of the mineral contents in our mountain. There are some other places growing Oolong tea in China,but they are not considered authentic Oolong tea as it's not grown in our mountains --Anxi

    You are burning money on Oolong Tea by buying the tea bags. It is better, cheaper, and last longer when you use the loose leaf version of Oolong tea rather than the tea bags especially if you like to drink it a lot. Also Oolong is one of the teas that you could steep the leaves to brew a few times and not just one time, so it is like using multiple tea bags you would just throw away.

    ive always wanted to do this ive tried green tea id drink it bout 4 times a day. and after about 3 weeks after drinking a cup my throat would start to swell to where it was fairly uncomfortable. i did research and saw that too much of any kind of tea isnt good for you..is this true...

    • @Nobody95008
      @Nobody95008 3 роки тому

      Well my dear that is indeed too much green tea consumption. One cup is good enough after a meal two hours apart. But not before bed.
      Oolong tea is great too. Beware it has fluoride in it which can affect your thyroid. So one cup is good. Include virgin coconut oil and acv as well to boost thyroid health

    • @snehalkrishnan618
      @snehalkrishnan618 Рік тому

      @@Nobody95008 which tea has fluoride in it? Are you referring to Oolong? It’s funny you say that because I actually have hypothyroidism and I used to drink a lot of black tea. These days though I drink loose leaf Sencha green tea.

    • @DumaLife

      you can do both its a preference, oolong tea is just processed differently but both have alot of benefits. I just prefer oolong because brings your metabolism up

      +lanie Antalan of course I actually drink before I eat so my metabolism burns whatever is left over just be careful with "diet" tea than stuff makes you go to the bathroom all the time

      @border.crosser6235 8 років тому +1

      Drink green tea before you drink the oolong becuase oolong is too harsh to start with. Dont drink them with a empty stomache except the morning.

    • @Nobody95008

      Do not drink these teas on an empty stomach. Green tea two after a breakfast or lunch. You can add ginger, lemon for flavor

      They are not supposed to be but now they have been engineered to be. I guess here in the states people don't want them but back in Philippines they always have seed even the bananas have little seeds in them.

    You're maybe just losing water weight right now.
