I love your rendition of the improv section in the middle -- and I very much hear Earl Klugh in your version! While I have always loved the various piano versions of the piece, this is absolutely beautiful!!
I had some wonderful neighbors who live nearby who were from Brazil. They moved away and I can tell you I miss them very much. Such a beautiful country and wonderful music.
Very beautiful! You play with such fluidity, a remarkable talent you are! You chose a great song too! Your finger picking brings out the song so well and your use of staccato and how you blend the bass line! Wow! Thanks for sharing such world class talent!!
I had to listen to your wonderful arrangement again. One of these days I'm going to learn how to play it, if it can be done with a flatpick and two fingers.
@@bruceschettig6478 you're so very welcome, hey another tune that l think would suit your style is Emily, Lenny Breau did a nice take on it. Hope you like it, cheers!!!!
Thanks very much Todd. I used Francoise transcription and tweaked it somewhat. Some thing that felt right to me. I really enjoy the playing of the song.
Beautiful arrangement and playing of one of my favorite songs. I'm relatively new to nylon string guitar. May I ask what brand and tension of strings you prefer?
François LeDuc transcription of Earl Klugh version is what I worked off of. May have very slightly in the middle section, but still fairly close to the transcription. I played a Cordoba FWCE. Thank you for the comment.
Did you learn it by ear or from sheet music? If sheet music, what did you use? I have the Francois LeDuc transcription and I don't think the TABs are right. I like how you are fretting it much better.
Thank you for the kind comment. On this I used a Cordoba FWSE. It’s actually a flamenco styled nylon string instrument. I play out with this most often because it’s a thin body and has less feedback as opposed to a traditional classical instrument.
Such a lovely tune by Vince Guaraldi.
Just Fantastic !!

You can learn anything you want as long as you start slow enough!!
And spend enough time getting the details worked out.
Beautiful, Bruce. Thanks for sharing your gift.

Thank you Scott for your kind comment. I use Savarez mixed tension strings. Medium trebles and high tension basses.
@@bruceschettig6478 Thanks!
Do you have a link to the tabs/transcription you used?
Is there sheet music or tab for this? Did you arrange it for guitar? Wonderfully done. I was also wondering what model guitar you are using.

Fantastic. Can hear the Klugh influence. Great job. What brand is the guitar?
Thank you for the kind comment. On this I used a Cordoba FWSE. It’s actually a flamenco styled nylon string instrument. I play out with this most often because it’s a thin body and has less feedback as opposed to a traditional classical instrument.
I’m trying to copy the chords, is it in standard tuning?
Yes, it is.
Bravo!
